Description

Our renovated holiday home is located in Zeeland on the island of Schouven-Duiveland in the child-friendly holiday park Aquadelta.

There are also dogs welcome.

We offer our guests free Wi-Fi.

On the ground floor is:
The hallway; a bedroom with double bed; open kitchen with dining area; Shower / WC; the living room with open fireplace and access to the terrace and garden.
The garden is completely fenced.

In the garden house the garden furniture is placed there is also a drying rack and a barbecue ..

Upstairs is the second bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot, and another WC.

Enjoy your holiday in our cozy cottage and make you feel at home.

Bruinisse is a very picturesque old fishing village that has a very good infrastructure.

The place is located on the Grevelingen Sea and the Oosterschelde which invites you to bike.

The newly designed marina offers restaurants and shops.

Also many sports activities such as sailing; Diving; Kitesurfing etc. are possible there.

You can rest in Bruinisse all year round; enjoy the wonderful sea air and the Oosterschelde National Park.

In all other cases, the following cancellation conditions apply: 4. Cancellation If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, the landlord will claim compensation. Upon withdrawal from the contract, the tenant can nominate a substitute tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contractual relationship in his place. Thus, the following cancellation conditions apply if the tenant cancels the holiday apartment: Upon withdrawal from the rental agreement, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If withdrawal is made up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price. If withdrawal is made starting from 4 weeks before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price. In case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

Cozy and Clean

We had very nice days in the holiday home and would book with the Kurth family again anytime. The communication was very positive and problem-free.
The house has everything you need and offers plenty of space. The fireplace and the fenced garden were the highlights of our vacation with a dog.
It was very clean and tidy!
We are completely thrilled and will definitely come back.

We had a very nice time.

We had a very nice time in their holiday home, everything is there to feel comfortable (egg cooker, toaster, Senseo and coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, and even a dishwasher). We booked again directly.

Great House

We were in this beautiful house at the beginning of November, and we lacked nothing. Everything was really there, from the coffee maker to the toaster. It was very cozily furnished, and the fireplace was of course really nice. It's only a few meters to the water, there are many restaurants nearby, and those who like fish will definitely get their money's worth. We will definitely come again.

Holiday home suitable for dogs

We spent a very nice short vacation here. In Bruinisse, you can actually find everything you need. The house is also very well-equipped and you even have the choice between a coffee machine and a Senseo.

Holiday with a "homey" feeling

A very beautiful house, lovingly furnished with many details. We didn't miss anything. The fenced garden is great, so our dog could run around freely. It's about a 5-minute walk from the house to the small beach of the Grevelingen Sea. We drove about 15-20 minutes by car to the North Sea beach. Super nice landlords, who always have an open ear for all wishes and questions. We (3 adults, 1 dog) liked it so much that we will spend another week there this year. We were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the house and the furnishings - we have experienced other things.

In the wrong place at the wrong time

The holiday home is super equipped! You can find everything you need. Including a baby cot and high chair.
We seemed to be the first guests this year. The holiday home appeared to not be prepared for guests yet. So, it wasn't properly clean for our standards.
We also specifically looked for a park with an open pool (due to Corona) beforehand. However, as it is a private house and not directly part of the Aquadelta, we were not allowed to use the swimming pool. Additionally, the neighbors were renovating, which unfortunately made the stay overall not relaxing. At a different time, it would surely be a nice vacation, but for us, it was disappointing.

Vacation with a toddler

A wonderfully beautiful and lovingly furnished house in Holland. We spent a week in this lovely holiday home. Our little daughter (1 year old) had a lot of fun in the holiday park and at the sea. By car, it takes about 30-40 minutes to reach the nearest larger cities. There, you can shop nicely and relax your soul on the extensive sandy beaches. We really enjoyed it and would love to come back every year.

Tolles gemütliches Häuschen

We spent a very nice holiday here in September. It was great for our dog Jack to romp in the Wadden Sea and try to catch the seagulls. The fenced garden is also great, whether for a child or a dog. Our little one had a lot of fun in the holiday park, there are plenty of play opportunities. We felt very comfortable in the house. A very nice holiday destination for families with children and dogs. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to the next vacation.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaum

We were only there for a few days in this lovely holiday home. We felt very comfortable with our dog, there was even a dog basket available and it was immediately taken over. The holiday park is very nice, especially for children, but dogs are also very welcome. You can experience a lot in the area. We rented a bike on site and cycled for a day, discovering very beautiful corners. Just great. We will definitely come back. And we are really looking forward to it.

Very lovingly furnished, Great vacation!

We spent a week in this beautiful holiday home in June and felt very comfortable. It was like coming home. The kitchen equipment is top-notch, only an oven would be a plus. The fenced garden is super relaxing for breakfast/barbecue, and our pets were very relaxed, which in turn relaxed us. We went on many beautiful excursions, it's a really lovely area to unwind. We will gladly come back. Very nice contact with the landlords.
