OASIS DEL SOL is a well-kept, beautiful apartment with a large, sunny, private ROOFTOP TERRACE and balcony. With its own built-in BBQ for cozy grill evenings.
The holiday apartment is located on the first floor, above which is only your sun terrace with a wonderful view all the way to the sea and plenty of sunshine. From the living room you also have access to a small, pretty, sunny balcony.
In the immediate vicinity are 2 magnificent COMMUNITY POOLS, available for our guests to use all year round. WIFI
IP-TV for German, English, French and Spanish channels, movies and series.
You can reach various good restaurants and pubs in about 15 minutes on foot.
The beautiful, expansive beaches are only a few minutes' drive away.
Just about 5 minutes away by car there are various supermarkets, Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona, Iceland. . .

The apartment OASIS DEL SOL is located in the urbanization La Marina, there are no skyscrapers :), close to Guardamar del Segura, Elche, Santa Pola and Torrevieja.
In 10-15 minutes on foot, or faster by car, you can reach a selection of good and cheap restaurants and bistros.
You can go for a short walk in the green, or in a few minutes by car, on the beautiful beaches, the dunes or in the pine forests.
The sprawling beaches of Guardamar del Segura and La Marina are just a few minutes drive away. Parking is free on our beaches.
Playa La Marina is 2km long and about 50m wide, it has the blue flag, the seal of quality for the best water quality, safety and environmental protection.
Also reachable in a few minutes is the beach Los Tusales, long and 60m wide, here nudist is possible.
In the urbanization La Marina there are ... banks, doctors, veterinarians, opticians, supermarkets, restaurants, bistros, and many other shops more.
Between the apartment and the beach is a shopping area 5 minutes drive away, here you will also find supermarkets such as Lidl, Consum, Mercadona, Iceland and others
Weekly markets are available in La Marina on Thursdays and Sundays and almost every day in different locations up to 15km.
The nearest golf course, La Marquesa Golf, is about a 20-minute drive away.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation fees up to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental price. For cancellations made within 14 days before check-in: Cancellation costs 100% of the total rental price (additional costs will be refunded if they have already been paid). The security deposit will be paid out 1 day after check-out, provided there are no deficiencies.

Super holiday flat
We already had very good contact with the German landlady before the rental (emails were answered immediately). Very flexible arrival and departure times possible.
The flat is fully equipped, even beach utensils such as umbrellas, sunbeds and a cool bag are available.
Very nice roof terrace with sunbeds, barbecue, parasol, table, chairs and plants
German satellite TV and WLAN excellent.
We can definitely recommend the flat and would like to take this opportunity to thank Marion and Franz-Josef once again for their hospitality
This was the best holiday flat we have rented in recent years.
