On 72 sqm, the flat offers you all the comfort you can imagine. There is a new fully equipped fitted kitchen.
The living room impresses with its rustic style. A comfortable leather suite invites you to spend cosy evenings watching TV (flat screen). Of course, there is also a stereo system here.
Next to the master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and two bedside cabinets, there is a children's room with three beds. For our very small guests there is a very good equipment and of course the sockets are protected.
The new bathroom houses a shower, WC, washbasin, bathtub towel warmer and vanity unit.
On your terrace, equipped with garden furniture, you can enjoy the sunsets.
All windows have external blinds and a parking space is available.
Your children will have fun in our large play barn.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday farm is located directly behind the dyke. The farm is nestled in old trees.
The farm is located on the outskirts of Norddeich, so you can enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. Nevertheless, you can reach all shops, the beach, harbour and restaurants within walking distance.
Norddeich offers its guests a wide range of leisure and recreational activities.
Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience an unforgettable mudflat hike, learn to surf, kite, Segway, sail or simply relax on the shallow-sloping beach.
You can let yourself be pampered by the extensive spa and wellness offers.
The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.
Right next to the Ocean Wave is the wave park with the children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, the adventure golf course, the maze and a large adventure playground with diggers, rafts, climbing boats, swings,
Of course, you can also stroll through the beautiful souvenir shops in Norddeich and then stop off at one of the lovely cafes or restaurants in the village.
Of course, the surrounding area also invites you to go for long walks or bike rides, where you can let the fresh sea air blow around your nose.
The surrounding towns and villages are also worth a visit. For example, Norden with its pedestrian zone, the Ludgeri Church and its numerous museums, or the dreamy fishing village of Greetsiel with its beautiful harbour.

Relaxed vacation
We had beautiful days in the accommodation. Everything we needed was there for us. We felt comfortable right away, and we liked the size, layout, and location of the apartment. Everyone could also have some time to themselves if they wanted. The play barn was really great for our grandson. In bad weather or after a long day, we could still have fun there. The walk to the harbor is also quickly reachable on foot. Due to bad weather, we were able to extend our stay by one night. A big thank you again to the Haan family.
We will gladly come back! ! !

Shutter in parents' bedroom left window and in living room left defective.
At several places spider web
Oven during operation extremely hot at the front, dangerous for children
