The new fitted kitchen has a pleasant working height. It is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and sufficient cooking and eating utensils.
A double bed, wardrobe and night consoles await you in the master bedroom.
In the children's room with a single bed, a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets, your children will certainly find the right place to sleep
For the very little holidaymakers, there is even a cot with a proper mattress, high chair, toilet seat reducer, stool and a fall-out protection.
The bathroom offers you a shower, WC, washbasin, vanity unit, hairdryer and towel warmer.

Our holiday farm is located directly behind the dyke. The farm is nestled in old trees.
The farm is located on the outskirts of Norddeich, so you can enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. Nevertheless, you can reach all shops, the beach, harbour and restaurants within walking distance.
Norddeich offers its guests a wide range of leisure and recreational activities.
Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience an unforgettable mudflat hike, learn to surf, kite, Segway, sail or simply relax on the shallow-sloping beach.
You can let yourself be pampered by the extensive spa and wellness offers.
The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.
Right next to the Ocean Wave is the wave park with the children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, the adventure golf course, the maze and a large adventure playground with diggers, rafts, climbing boats, swings,

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger schöner Lage, Nähe Hafen,ca.15/20 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand oder Einkaufsstraße.Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet,aber leider gibt es im Servicepaket nur eine Rolle WC Papier (wir waren 5 Personen)und keine Handseife,dies ist verbesserungswürdig.
Für Kinder gibt es eine schöne Spielscheune und einen schönen Garten mit Spielmöglichkeiten.
Kurz um,wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.
