The holiday home is situated on a fully fenced plot, ideal for a holiday with a dog. It is located 300 m from the beach at theLabussees and sleeps 4 in 2 separate bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, coffee maker, microwave etec. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The cottage can be heated and is therefore usable all year round. The living room is very cosily furnished. For entertainment, satellite TV and various games and literature are available. The holiday home is located on the edge of the village almost directly on the forest and 300 m from the lake. The Mecklenburger Kleinseenplatte offers you extensive opportunities to spend a relaxing holiday. Hike, cycle or paddle through the wonderful nature. Active holidaymakers get their money's worth just as much as lazy people. The holiday home is quietly situated in the middle of a landscape conservation area. If you feel like a cool swim, just go to the beach and take a dip in the Labussee lake, which is located just below the holiday home. The terrace with seating furniture invites you to linger in convivial company. A barbecue for a small barbecue party is also available. Two parking spaces are located at the house.

Wichtige Informationen fehlen
Leider gab es schon bei unserer Ankunft ein Problem, da die Schlüsselübergabe nicht direkt erfolgen konnte , denn man hatte die Verantwortlichen vor Ort nicht richtig informiert. Zudem fehlt in der Beschreibung des Ferienhauses für Urlauber mit Hund die Information, dass das Gelände zwar komplett eingezäunt ist, sich aber noch ein Ferienhaus darauf befindet , das dauerhaft vermietet ist an eine Person mit Hund . Ein Freilauf auf dem Gelände war für unseren Hund daher leider nicht möglich, zumal der Zaun um das Haus selbst sehr niedrig ist. Die Ausstattung war okay, die versprochene Literatur leider sehr veraltet, Spiele nicht vorhanden, auch Infomaterial für Unternehmungen leider nicht auf dem aktuellen Stand. Wir sind es gewohnt, dass zumindest für den ersten Tag die Versorgung mit Kleinigkeiten wie Salz etc. vorhanden ist. Es fehlt der Hinweis, dass auch Handtücher mitgebracht werden müssen und eine Information über die Bettengröße für das Mitbringen der passenden Spannbettlaken wäre hilfreich. Der Verantwortliche vor Ort war nett und hilfsbereit.
