The Penthouse Apartment 250° offers you a spacious living room, separate dining and sleeping area, a well-maintained bathroom with bathtub and shower, hallway with small kitchenette, and a large, comfortably furnished rooftop terrace with fantastic views.
The apartment is ideally suited for 2, max. 3 people, 1 double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 1 sofa bed (1.30 x 2.00 m).
On the 6th. Located on the floor of a large apartment building, you go directly from the underground garage to the elevator, the apartment is close to the city. Restaurants and shops are not far away and yet, thanks to the favorable location of the apartment and the old trees by the building, you hear little from the street.

The flat is only suitable for children to a limited extent, depending on their age they should not be left alone or unsupervised on the roof terrace under any circumstances, and people who feel uncomfortable in lifts should also please bear this in mind.

Relaxing vacation with my two boys! ⛰️
Beautiful apartment in a central location. Everything within walking distance! Clean accommodation, modern, comfortable and an all-around fantastic mountain view. We didn't miss anything! Frau Meßbacher is a super sweet landlady. Everything went smoothly - from arrival to departure. We will definitely be back soon!!! Best regards, Family Thiele.

Great flat with a brilliant view ?
The flat is centrally located in Sonthofen.
Supermarkets, bakers and the city centre with many restaurants are within walking distance
From the terrace and the flat you have a great view of the surrounding mountains.
There is everything you need in the flat, you feel at home.
Very nice hostess.
The car can be parked in the underground garage of the house.

A flat to feel good in
On arrival at Sonthofen station, we were greeted by a very nice landlady who drove us to the holiday flat. As soon as we entered the apartment, we felt at home. The flat is perfectly equipped and very lovingly furnished. Since we were on holiday over Christmas, it was also decorated accordingly. We didn't want for anything. We will be happy to come back.
