Description

The modern, high-quality villa in Denia with private pool stands on a beautiful private plot with a fantastic view of the sea.
Four sun loungers and garden furniture are available by the pool. Seating areas in the garden also invite you to linger. The garden is very well maintained and lovingly designed. Here you will find palm trees, lawn, and Mediterranean plants. The 8 x 4 meter pool was built in a kidney shape and features a Roman staircase for convenient entry. An outdoor shower provides cooling off in between.

The spacious, furnished, and wind-protected shaded terrace as well as a grill can be used.

The villa is laid out on three levels of land. From the enclosed parking space, you reach the pool level via a few steps, where the entrance to the house is located. Through a small entrance hall you reach the spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofa set, SAT-TV, air conditioning, and access to the pool terrace and the large shaded terrace. There is a guest WC at the entrance hall. An internet connection (WLAN) is available.

Furthermore, the large, well-equipped kitchen with access to the wind-protected terrace is at your disposal. It features a stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, and sufficient dishes for 6 people.

Three bedrooms for two people each and two bathrooms are available for you. You reach these via an internal staircase. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, satellite TV, and a seating area, and also has its own shaded terrace with access to the garden area. The large bedroom has its own bathroom with a corner bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet, and two washbasins.
Two further bedrooms are also furnished with a double bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, a small sun terrace, and access to the garden area. Between the two bedrooms is the second large bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and two sinks.
For the cooler season, the house has central gas underfloor heating. All windows have shutters.

A carport is available for your car (width 3.90 m, length 5.80 m, and height 2.55 m). The villa is situated on a 1,000 sqm private plot in the quiet residential area of Marquesa, approx. 5.5 km from the center of Denia. It is about 6 km to the extensive sandy beach "Las Marinas", and about 4 km to the supermarket "Mercadona". Object designation: "Ferienhausmiete-C-BH"

Beautiful for wintering

We are overwintering in this beautiful house until early February and enjoying the magnificent view daily. The house is highly recommended (this is our third time here).

Beautiful house - highly recommended

We felt very comfortable here, we could reach everything easily on foot, the location was also great for trips to the hinterland.
