Description
Our 60 m², sunny holiday flat can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom with double bed offers enough space, even a children's travel bed can be easily placed in it.
The children's room, unfortunately relatively small, has a bunk bed which can easily be pulled out to sleep another person.
Quiet pets are welcome guests.
The flat is situated in the first row on the side of the inland waterway 'Bodden'.
The harbour with excursion boats and gastronomy is in the immediate vicinity and a cycling and hiking path on the nearby dyke invites you to go on excursions
The Baltic Sea can be reached on foot in ten minutes. The centre with nice shopping facilities is a five-minute walk away.
The flat is equipped with a bedroom and a children's room, a shower room with window, and a living room with open kitchen and adjoining terrace.
The kitchen is comfortably equipped with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven and microwave
In addition, there is a SAT-TV, a radio and WLAN in the living room
A parking space belongs to the flat.
The holiday flat is rented and cleaned by us, the owners, and is therefore maintained to a very high standard
Protection against mosquitoes: The bedrooms are equipped with high quality fly windows
and also the kitchen-living room has a fly door to the terrace.

The flat is located in 18374 Zingst, on the Bodden side. First row directly behind the dyke and directly at the harbour.
It is about 1300 metres to the pier, which doesn't seem so far, as you walk directly through the beautiful village along the shops and restaurants. The harbour with restaurants and excursion boats is only 100 metres away.

Alles prima!!!
Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung in der es einem an nichts fehlte. Alles sehr gepflegt, liebevoll hergerichtet. Ruhige Lage. Schön dicht am Deich, angenehme Entfernung zu verschiedenen Gastronomiebetrieben. Das war alles wunderbar. Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sympathische Vermieter
Liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Kontakt mit Vermietern unkompliziert. Unsere Kinder haben sich gleich wohlgefühlt. Das Kinderzimmer ist lt. Beschreibung 'sehr klein', aber doch gut nutzbar - neben dem vollwertigen Bett ist auch noch für ein Babybett Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum Strand sind es etwa 2km, die FeWo liegt aber nicht im 'Nirgendwo', sondern recht idyllisch am Hafen.

Satisfied all round
We, a couple (64 years old) with a small dog, felt very comfortable in the holiday flat. It is located about 200 m from Zingst harbour in a quiet area with a small terrace where you can sit in a secluded area. The flat is very neat and comfortably furnished
The contact with the landlady was very nice.
We would choose this holiday flat again at any time.

We, the Nettebrock family, have been renting out holiday flats since 1999 and this one here in Zingst since 2008. Therefore, we know what is important and how a holiday flat should be equipped to offer a relaxing holiday. The decisive factor for buying this flat was its fantastic location, central yet quiet. We appreciate the direct connection to the bike and hiking trail for walks and bike tours along the Bodden and since we are at the end of a dead-end street, there is hardly any car traffic. In two minutes you can reach a variety of gastronomic establishments Whether it's just a snack, wonderful cakes or a whole menu, there's something for every taste, and because of the dyke in between, you don't hear much of the hustle and bustle.
