Villa Basic with pool is situated in a small Istrian village Nova Vas, 5 km from the centre of Porec and 5 km from the beautiful beach Lanterna. It is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for family vacations and people that wish to escape city jams and enjoy the untouched nature. People can take long walks through the country or go biking. The nearest beach offers many sport activities on the water and on the land like tennis, mini-golf, beach-volley, water ski, daiwing, boat Nearby there is the well known cave Baredine, were guests can visit the "traktor" museum also.
