Holiday house Ivda is located in Nova Vas it can accommodate up to 8 persons. Villa Ivda was renovated in 2017 and it's equipped with amenities that will make your vacation unforgettable. It consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The living room has access to a large and beautifully furnished terrace with a seating set with a pool and garden view. The house is located on 2 acres of large ground which is fully available to the guests. Pets are welcome. In front of the entrance there is another covered terrace with table and barbecue, and covered parking. The rental price includes free use of the climate, Wi-fi, bed linen and towels. Jacuzzi is available under extra charge (paid on site). Nova Vas is a small town only 7 km away from the center of Poreč and just 5 km from the first beaches in Porec and famous resort called Lanterna.

Super holiday
Super great house with pool.
Very nice and helpful landlord.
Eight of us stayed in the house and everyone loved it without exception.
The seating and sunbathing areas around the house are perfect.
The small supermarket and the bakery are a 10-minute walk away and the beach is about 10 minutes away by car.
All in all a great holiday and we will definitely be back.

Dreamlike ... pure relaxation in nature and yet centrally located.
We spent our vacation at Villa IVDA during Pentecost and in the summer of 2017. EuroTours Porec took care of the booking, arrival, etc. perfectly and will be our first contact for future trips to Croatia. Super friendly staff, very helpful, multilingual, absolutely competent. Our two dogs and the children felt very comfortable from the first minute. The area is huge and you only have nature around you, but it is not too remote. Just perfect for us. You can play fantastically with the dogs and children. If the children would come out of the pool :-) The house and the pool are very clean and well-maintained. The extremely friendly and helpful landlords take care of every request immediately and speak German. The landlords live next door (if you can call it that, because the area is huge), but they do not disturb at all and you can enjoy your privacy fully. On the contrary, we were always happy when we saw each other and drank a beer together. This way, you could also get great tips for excursions and answers to open questions. The house is functional and we lacked nothing. There are fantastic seating areas outside which are covered. There are also outdoor lights, so you can really enjoy the evenings. The only thing we missed is a fence around the property. Our dogs (who always want to explore everything) had to stay on a long leash, as they unfortunately don't listen too well :-( This may not be a problem with other dogs. We will definitely come back."

Villa IVDA: Villa IVDA
A beautiful house with a pool and a large plot of land. Very nice family, friendly, always helpful. Very quiet location for a relaxing holiday. It takes about 8 to 10 minutes to drive to the sea, as well as shopping options (grocery store, Lidl.....) all nearby. We are completely satisfied and will come again. So, we can only recommend it!!!!
