The apartment ALBA is located in the upper floor of a holiday villa with only 2 units.
The driveway to the house is paved by a private gate and leads directly to a private parking.
With a few steps over a staircase you reach the entrance of the apartment.
The modernly equipped and recently completely renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom + 1 bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 bunk bed), a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, etc.
The apartment has 1 bathroom with bath / shower, toilet, bidet and a guest bathroom with toilet + sink.
The panoramic terrace connects directly to the living-dining room and offers a sensational view of the lake with its picturesque islands.
A basement room with washing machine is also part of the apartment.
Ideal accommodation for a family with children. The garden and the surroundings are a true holiday paradise.

The location is ideal for nature lovers, who can still discover all the sights and the picturesque towns of Lake Maggiore within a short distance. Various restaurants are within a short walking distance in about 10 minutes. reachable.
The beaches of the lake can be reached quickly by car.
Important information:
The E62 highway lies in this section far below the holiday home in a tunnel and is therefore not heard at all!

Beautiful vacation apartment with a brilliant view
Very beautiful, clean, and well-equipped holiday apartment. Even in the rain, you can sit protected on the balcony and enjoy the stunning view of the three islands and the adjacent mountains. Great location (for the view, but still quick access to Stresa or the waterfront) with parking on the property. The landlords Carolina and Yvonne are easy-going and very helpful - thank you for everything. We would love to come back.

Dream view and tranquillity
very beautiful flat in a prime location, wonderful restaurant and small shop within walking distance, the view from the terrace of the lake and the Borromean Islands is fantastic and tempts you not to leave the flat,
in a few minutes by car you are in the beautiful town of Stresa with all the shopping facilities, a wealth of good restaurants and the cable car up the Mottarone,
the landlords are very nice and react immediately to requests or small problems

Very nice holiday flat!
We spent a week in the beautiful holiday flat with the great view and felt very comfortable! The contact with Yvonne and Carolina was uncomplicated and very, very nice! The furnishings are completely ok. The flat was super clean and a nice welcome drink was ready. All in all, a great flat that we would gladly recommend!
