Description

Water treatment is by a modern electrolysis system, forgoing the usual pool tablets. The water is slightly salty and, if desired (for an additional cost of 150 € per week (in winter according to consumption)), so that from April to October the pool temperatures are pleasant (up to 30º). Air conditioning/heating 100 € per week. Tourist tax from 16 years old, the first 7 days per person/per day 2 €.

Great, dog-friendly holiday home with pool

We spent a dream vacation in this holiday home near Lloret de Mar with 7 people and 4 dogs. The house is well-equipped, the beautiful fenced garden was perfect for our dogs and at the same time a wonderful place to relax – with sunny and shady spots. The pool was a highlight that we used daily.

The landlords are very warm, helpful, and always took care of things quickly and easily. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended for a vacation with a dog!

This house is absolutely recommended. We, our children, and the dogs felt at home from the first moment. Everything very clean and well-maintained, pool and garden sooo beautiful. A true feel-good vacation. Heartfelt thanks to the landlords Susanne and Rainer as well as Paco and Chicco. We will come back.

Always a pleasure.

For us, the house is perfect! In a decentralized location, but very quickly in Lloret de Mar or Tossa de Mar. The children were in the pool every day. The equipment is fine. The price ratio is very good! Only an air conditioning would be desirable.

Wonderful relaxing vacation.

We spent the Pentecost holidays in "El Nidito blanco" and can recommend this accommodation in every way. The house is located quietly in the mountains above Lloret de Mar. On the day of arrival, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in the cozy white accommodation. The house has a perfect layout: our 3 sons moved into the upper floor, each had their own room (one even with an indoor balcony) and there were 2 bathrooms. So we parents had our peace and quiet on the lower floor ;o) For dogs, the property is a paradise, our Lizzy has recovered super. The pool is also perfect (we had it heated to 30 degrees) and is cleaned and monitored several times a week by a "pool boy". The equipment also leaves nothing to be desired: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, small oven, various kitchen appliances ... everything is there! The large grill in the garden was also tested by us and found to be good :o) Last but not least, we would also like to mention the very warm contact with the landlords from the very first moment ... Susanne and Rainer were competent and friendly contact persons in all respects, whether it was about excursion tips (Barcelona, beaches, restaurants) or if you had another question. All in all, a wonderful vacation!

Great house in great surroundings!

Absolutely great, newly renovated house with everything your heart desires. The house is in an absolutely new, renovated condition. Newly furnished and tip top maintained. Each room is very tastefully and brightly furnished. No old and dark furniture as you know it from many rental houses in Spain. Great garden with a wonderfully large pool. There is also a nice outdoor barbecue in the garden which we used many evenings. From the balcony, as well as from the pool terrace, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding, wooded hills. You have a wonderful view...you can even see the sea.
In the house itself you will find everything you need for everyday life. The kitchen is well equipped and even an iron can be found in the house. All in all, it was a holiday without any faults. The landlord and his wife are very nice and helpful and you really feel in good hands.
The house is very suitable for tenants with dogs. The property is completely fenced in, so that you don't have to worry about your four-legged friend escaping. We have already rented a house from Mr. M. for the second time and have been very satisfied both times.
We can really give this place 5 stars without reservation and recommend the landlord as well as the location with a clear conscience.

Perfect for two families with children.

We loved the house. Perfect for two families with children. We were 4 adults and 4 children. There is privacy, the pool is perfect, the barbecue is good but poorly constructed, it was too high and blew smoke in our faces, making it difficult to barbecue. The house is exactly as it is in the photos, very new, almost brand new everything there. Rainer is very attentive and quick in responding. We loved the location, the only thing was that it was only accessible by car. A safe place in the middle of the mountains. There were two neighbors but we had no inconvenience. Recommended.
