Close to the beach and centrally located: beautiful, bright 3-room holiday flat with 2 bathrooms!
The large, bright living room has comfortable upholstered furniture, radio with CD player, flat screen TV and a dining area with kitchenette
The large, partly floor-to-ceiling windows to the south-east let the day begin sunny
Free Wi-Fi is available in the holiday flat.
The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, 4-plate hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, cutlery, etc.
The holiday flat has one large and one small bedroom. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe, double bed and a window with external blinds for blackout (electrically operated). The double bed in the large bedroom measures 1.80m x 2.00m, the double bed in the small bedroom 1.60m x 2.00m
Two bathrooms (one large and one small), each with WC, shower and washbasin, complete the offer. A hairdryer is available.
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor.
A parking space in the multi-storey car park is available (entrance height 1.90 m).
From May to September, a beach chair is reserved for you free of charge between beach exit 40 and 41.
Maximum occupancy 4 persons. The flat is suitable for children from 7 years.

Holiday flat no. 19 is located in Haus Granitz, only a few minutes' walk from the fine white sandy beach of the popular Baltic resort of Binz. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the town centre and the pier. Numerous shopping facilities and good restaurants can be found near your holiday flat.

Urlauf in Binz
We really liked the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. We didn't miss anything.
It was only a few steps to the beach and not far to the shopping street.

Space for the whole family
It was important to us that the kids have their own "kingdom," so we needed an apartment with 2 bedrooms. We all slept well, the apartment was centrally located, free parking, and the complex was very clean and well-maintained. This was definitely not our last Binz vacation ;-)

Very nice apartment with a central location, only 2 minutes to the beach or the promenade. We were very satisfied. The landscape of the island of Rügen impressed us, and Binz is a good starting point for day trips.
