Description
Dear holiday guests, we would like to introduce you to our holiday flat "Strandschätzchen".
It is ideal for singles or couples. It is a quiet 2 room flat on the ground floor with a large covered terrace. Everything is at ground level, so it is also suitable for the 60+ generation. The flat has a pleasant square layout and windows on two sides.
The central part of the flat is the living room, which is pleasantly bright and homely with 3 windows and the glazed double terrace door. The living room has a cosy dining area with 4 chairs, a comfortable lounge sofa with many cushions, armchair, coffee table, 2 sideboards and the technical "entertainment equipment" TV, music system incl. DVD, landline telephone and modem (W-LAN is free of charge). The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle) with a bar counter and 2 bar stools is integrated into the living room and offers everything you need for self-catering.
From the living room you can access the approx. 14 sqm large covered terrace facing east. You can have breakfast in the sun on the terrace until noon. The terrace offers a lot of privacy, as it is in a secluded location (there are no neighbours to the right or left). From the terrace you can walk into the green areas of the dune park and use the lawn on the right for sunbathing in the afternoon. The large terrace door and the bedroom are fitted with fly screens.
The bedroom is pleasantly large and has two windows that provide sufficient fresh air. The beds are equipped with double mattresses and have a good lying comfort (rather firm than soft), so that even back sufferers do not have to suffer here. Likewise, the blackout curtains and insect screens ensure a restful night's sleep.
The bathroom has Italian granite tiles, large mirrors and a glass shower. A wall-mounted hairdryer, bathroom stool and vanity mirror are provided.
From the bathroom (as well as from the hallway) you reach the practical separate "dressing room", where you can comfortably store your clothes, suitcases and personal utensils. An electronic safe is available for your valuables, so that nothing stands in the way of a carefree day at the beach. In this room you will also find a hoover, broom etc., cushioning for the terrace chairs, a luggage rack and a clothes horse.
Every window in the flat has pleated blinds.
Overall, the flat is very practically divided and equipped. You will find a floor plan with the pictures of the flat.
The flat comes with an underground parking space, which is available free of charge. The maximum entrance height to the underground garage is 2 metres.
The Dünenpark itself offers its guests every comfort. In the reception building you will find the Peters bakery and a small breakfast restaurant, which offers a rich breakfast buffet.
In the beautiful green area, a barbecue area, table tennis table and chess set are available for use.
The stops for the Jagdschlossexpress and the Binzer Bäderbahn are located directly in front of the reception building.

Location and surroundings of object
The Dünenpark Binz is situated in a dreamlike location, sheltered from the wind behind the typical Baltic Sea pines, only about 150 m from the promenade and the fine sandy, stoneless bathing beach, on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the over 5 km long Binz Bay. The dune park in Binz impresses with its spacious, park-like and car-free green area and the houses embedded in it, built in the typical seaside resort style. Situated on the outskirts of Binz (roughly between the centre of Binz and Prora), you are outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Binz, yet close enough to take advantage of all Binz has to offer.
Our flat is right opposite the Binz-Therme and therefore ideal for those who want to enjoy the treatments and benefits of the Binz-Therme. Also ideal is the direct location to the beach. The flat is located on the beach side of the dune park and exactly opposite an entrance to the beach. The footpath to the promenade and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is approx. 150 - 200 metres (approx. 2-3 minutes' walk).
For all nudist fans, please note that our beach access leads directly to the nudist beach section on the left.

Vertragsauflösungen können nur im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen beider Partner erfolgen. Im Falle Ihres Rücktrittes können wir pauschalierte Rücktrittsgebühren verlangen, bei denen wir ersparte Aufwendungen sowie eine soweit möglich anderweitige Belegung des Objektes berücksichtigt haben. Bei Rücktritt des Kunden gelten folgende Bedingungen: · Bei einem Rücktritt bis zum 61. Tag vor Belegungsbeginn 50,- Euro. · Bei einem Rücktritt vom 60. bis zum 35. Tag vor Belegungsbeginn 50% des Übernachtungspreises. · Bei einem Rücktritt vom 34. Tag bis zu Tag vor Belegungsbeginn 80% des Übernachtungspreises. · Bei Nichtanreise bzw. Stornierung nach Reisebeginn werden 90% des Übernachtungspreises fällig bzw. kann nicht zurückerstattet werden. 6.2. Gelingt es uns, dass Objekt bei einem Rücktritt ab dem 60.Tag vor Belegungsbeginn anderweitig zu belegen, so beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 70,- EUR. 6.3. Ihnen wird die Möglichkeit gegeben, uns nachzuweisen, dass ein Schaden entweder gar nicht oder in geringerer Höhe entstanden ist.`

The OAR welcomes and looks after you on arrival and during your holiday. Here you will receive your apartment key and the check card for the underground car park and here you can ask your questions and wishes at any time.
The flat is generally available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Please contact the OAR in advance by telephone to enquire about the possibility of an earlier arrival. If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please contact the OAR in good time.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your holiday flat for the cleaning staff by 10:00 am. A later departure is possible according to availability, but cannot be guaranteed. Please discuss this with the OAR on site.
As some guests prefer to bring their own bed linen and towels, the apartment is not equipped with bed linen or towels as standard. Please book the desired linen package with the OAR if required.

Beautiful apartment
A very nicely furnished holiday apartment that has everything you need, comfortable beds, functionally equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, and small dishwasher. Beautiful terrace.
The service of the Dune Park (interim cleaning) leaves something to be desired at first, but after contacting the owner, everything went smoothly... therefore, top contact with the owner.

A true beach treasure
And once again I have booked the beach treasure and have not been disappointed. Everything is still very well maintained and lovingly furnished. The apartment is very spacious for 2 people and the walk-in closet leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the bathroom is also large and very clean. There are professional insect screens on all windows and a stable insect screen door on the terrace. The city center can be reached on foot and a small footpath through the forest takes you directly to the beautiful beach promenade in 3 minutes. A vacation in Binz leaves nothing to be desired and I would gladly stay in this great apartment again.

Top Ferienwohnung
Wir waren das erste mal auf Rügen und sind begeistert von der Wohnung sowie von Rügen.
Alle Angaben des Anbieters zur Wohnung stimmen überein.
Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem ist Binz ( Centrum ) gut zu erreichen.
Uns hat die Strecke am Strand zur Seebrücke am besten gefallen.
RÜGEN wir kommen wieder und werden auf jeden Fall wieder Quartier im " Strandschätzchen " suchen.

Ein wahres Strandschätzchen

Urlaub gepflegt chillig
Wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Das Equipment ist komplett vollständig und lässt einen komplett sorgenfrei Urlaub machen. Lage zum Strand ist perfekt. Werde das Strandschätzchen unbedingt weiter empfehlen.
