Description
This villa is located in the popular south west of Cape Coral and provides enough space for up to 8 people with a large pool area of more than 2550sqft.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
The living area is adjacent to the kitchen with direct access to the pool area. With the sound system you can enjoy your music both inside and outside the house via your mobile device. The spacious kitchen provides all appliances and accessories you need, including a regular coffee maker and Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules).
All four bedrooms are equipped with a large bed and TV. Besides the showers in each of the bathrooms, the master bathroom also offers a bath tub. Get some work done in the office area or play some rounds of kicker.
The large pool area invites you to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the outside dining area or one of the 8 sun loungers. The heated salt water pool and spa are operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. It's basically a fresh water pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
A boat rental is recommended! In Florida no boat driving license is necessary and the boat rented with us is located directly at your own boat dock, e.g. to reach the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You will find the boats for selection directly under the location map. In the booking process you can select the boat of your choice directly.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only allowed outside.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Wonderful Surprise!
We booked this home for our son's baseball travel tournament in Fort Myers. We wanted a place to relax after a long day out in the heat on a baseball field. This house was more than just the pictures and description. It was clean, larger than expected (open floor plan), fully stocked kitchen (which was awesome being that we cooked instead of eating out). The patio and pool was truly like being on a vacation in the Keys! Our check in/check out process as super easy and we had no issued at all. We plan to return this summer for a family vacation.

beautiful home
This home is everything and more. It is truly a Villa and decorated wonderfully as well as having every amenity of home you could think of. They have 5 different types of coffee/espresso/etc. makers just as an example. We had a wonderful 2 week staycation in this home during covid and absolutely love it. Traveling to the nearby beaches or even Captiva was a quick beautiful drive and the beaches were social distances clean and gorgeous their and Sanibel. No need to bring beach or pool gear, it's all provided in the garage. We traveled with our 11 month old twin girls and had a fabulous time in this home.

We absolutely loved this place!
It was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, and then some, to cook whatever you would like. The pool is amazing and very well maintained. The beds are super comfy, and everything was clean and up to high standards. The house is in a great location for a nice quiet vacation, and our host made the check in/out process quick and easy. They also included a binder with lots of tips about good restaurants and shops in the area, which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!
