We cordially invite you to comfortable flats located only 350 m from the beach in the protected zone of the spa town of Kołobrzeg, far from the hustle and bustle of the city centre in the immediate vicinity of the Seaside Park. The cycle path is part of the Via Baltica route. It is an ideal place for active people who enjoy running, cycling, Nordic walking or simply walking. The complex has an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, lounge, heated pool, 100 m2 fitness area. The swimming pool has direct access to an outdoor terrace with sun loungers and a paddling pool with there are also two playgrounds for the youngest guests amenities are free of charge. A car park is also assigned to the flat. The facility is guarded and monitored. The flat is 54 m2 (one of the largest 2 rooms in Polanki Park) and consists of a spacious kitchen, living room, hallway, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony with an area. 18 m2 (also one of the larger balconies :) together with leisure furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with modern household appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker) and all necessary kitchen accessories, as well as a kitchen table with four chairs. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV, a double sofa bed, a coffee table, two armchairs and free WiFi. There is a balcony from the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200), bedside tables with lamps, TV, built-in wardrobe with hangers. There is also a large built-in wardrobe in the hall. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Towels and bathrobes are provided in the flat. There is also a tumble dryer. Mop, bucket, hoover. A cot can be provided on request.

Location and surroundings of object
The beach is not crowded - unlike in the centre of Kołobrzeg. It reaches the path that crosses the park by the sea. There is a large clearing nearby - a sand dune where you can sunbathe from April, sheltering a dense forest from the wind.

The Polanki Park apartment building is surrounded by greenery. Some magnificent trees have been appropriately illuminated, creating a fantastic visual effect. Most of the inner courtyard has been developed into green areas, including walking paths and benches, based on the idea that the most effective rest comes from contact with nature.
A private parking space is assigned to the apartment, which will save you the problem of parking your car. At your request, we provide a travel cot - free of charge, and a baby bath - free of charge.

Holiday apartment in a well-maintained complex
The apartment is very large, the apartment complex is clean and well-maintained, far from the center. But... First of all, we had to pay more than agreed, unfortunately no one from the landlords is getting back to us for clarification. The holiday apartment is very expensive, so I also expect that there is enough dishware, knives, etc. It was all very sparse, knives were completely dull. Many things were already very worn and could be replaced, e.g. in the bathroom, the soap dispenser. As for cleanliness, one should not look into the corners. According to the description, bathrobes were available, but that was unfortunately not the case. So, we would not book this vacation apartment again, as you can get much better-equipped apartments for this price.

Sie haben die Option eines Apartments und nicht eines Hotels mit täglichem Service gewählt, dennoch haben Sie dies vom Personal anderer Apartments gefordert. Ich schlage vor, bei zukünftigen Entscheidungen die Auswahl sorgfältig zu überdenken.

Family with children
Great flat with a very large terrace. Close to the swimming pool and the playroom. Very good contact with the landlord and smooth check-in. We will definitely return to this flat and can highly recommend it.

Great family home
I don't even know where to start, that's how great we found the entire apartment complex. Of course, everything went smoothly on arrival, even the fact that we arrived earlier than planned was no problem
The flat is really beautiful and tastefully furnished. There was nothing missing, we felt like we were in a hotel. Everything was there, from towels to bathrobes and kitchen utensils. Bed linen was also provided. A truly carefree package
A fenced parking space belonging to the flat is included.
The pool and sauna area in this apartment complex was also super great. Everything was clean and free to use at any time. The same goes for the fitness area
All the staff at the apartment complex were very friendly and helpful. The language was also no problem. German and English are sufficient for communication.
You can walk to the beach.
The restaurant in the building is also highly recommended, both in terms of price and taste. We were able to order takeaway meals on busy evenings.
We would book again anytime, thank you very much.

Rainfall!
I booked this vacation for my parents, my little daughter, and myself. The description stated wheelchair accessible and equipped with 2 bedrooms. When we arrived, we were in for a shock. My mother, who is in a wheelchair, had to climb stairs and there was only 1 bedroom available, not two. There was no alternative offered. Communication was almost nonexistent. The deposit was also not refunded immediately today. We were stranded and would have had to spend the night in the car if we hadn't found a helper late in the evening. I am very disappointed by the owner!!!

A great place for families with children
The time there was perfect. Everything we needed was there. The apartment is great equipped, you can feel very comfortable and it is very close to the sea and the beach. I can only recommend it!
