Description
The approx. 55m² upper floor flat offers space for 2 - 4 people. In addition to the large, cosy living room with music system and large satellite TV, there is a fully equipped kitchen.
The fitted kitchen includes a fridge with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and crockery.
The master bedroom has a double bed ( x ), a wardrobe and two night consoles.
In the children's room there are two single beds ( x ). For the little ones, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair on request.
In the bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, floor heating and a towel warmer ensure a pleasant stay.
The living room leads to the balcony with a view of the dyke from the side.
Due to the beautiful location of the house, you can easily reach the beach, the outdoor swimming pool and the spa facilities on foot. The children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, bowling, mini-golf, Ocean Wave and the ferry pier are also just a few minutes' walk away.

Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience an unforgettable mudflat hike, learn to surf, kite, ride a Segway, sail or simply relax on the flat-sloping beach.
You can let yourself be pampered by the extensive spa and wellness offers.
The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.
Right next to the Ocean Wave is the beautiful wave park with the children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, the adventure golf course, the maze and a large adventure playground with excavators, raft, climbing boats, swings and Segway station,
Of course, you can also stroll through the beautiful souvenir shops in Norddeich and then stop off at one of the lovely cafes or restaurants in the village.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing. On the small balcony, you can end the evening. It is centrally located but also quiet.

Beach vacation
Great holiday apartment, everything available, clean and tidy, 5 minutes to the dyke, bakery, 10 minutes to the beach, seal sanctuary. Nothing to complain about.

Beautiful, cosy flat. For the four of us (2women, 2 teenagers) it was completely adequate. The location was perfect. On foot (5-15min)- dyke, bakery, restaurants, seal station, Ocean Weave,...
Shopping facilities were easily and quickly accessible by car (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, pharmacy)
The only thing I would change would be the mattresses...for us personally they were too firm, hard,...but everyone sleeps differently.
