The holiday apartment is situated on a 400 square meter property, where you can enjoy a picturesque garden with an over 100-year-old olive tree. On the spacious private terrace, there is a dining table for six people, ideal for family meals or outdoor dinners. For complete relaxation, the apartment offers a private heated pool with an area of 18 m², surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and equipped with an outdoor shower. Barbecue enthusiasts will be thrilled by the opportunity to prepare their own dishes on the spacious grill in the garden. Two shady parking spaces are available for use that are shared with the owners, who only use the upper floor of the house on weekends.
The interior of the apartment, which covers an area of 65 m², is designed in the style of the coastal tradition and adapted to modern needs. You enter it through a beautiful arched stone entrance, which is perfect for your morning coffee, reading a book, or playing darts. From this room, you enter the first bedroom, which offers a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a fan – ideal for relaxation in a pleasant atmosphere.
The main living area is open plan and connects a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a dining area for six people, and a living room with a sofa, which can be converted into an additional bed for two people if needed. The room is bright, air-conditioned, and equipped with modern furniture that ensures comfort and functionality. In the adjoining room, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV.
The holiday apartment has a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are available upon your arrival.

Within 15 km you can reach Malinska, Vrbnik and the city of Krk, which is one of the oldest towns on the Adriatic with ancient walls, towers and Roman ruins. You can also visit the small town of Vrbnik, which is located on a cliff 50 meters above sea level and is known for its vineyards, excellent wines and traces of the ancient Greeks. Punat is the largest marina in the Adriatic and is located near the beautiful little island of Košljun, where the only inhabitants are a group of Franciscan monks who live in St. Mary's Monastery. You can visit Baška and relax on the biggest sandy beaches of the whole island. In the bay of Soline you can enjoy healthy mud or visit the cave Biserujka, which offers a variety of cave decorations - calcareous sinter, stalagmites and stalactites.

Recovery from everyday stress
We felt very comfortable in the beautiful stone house. The landlords are both very nice and were not in Hlapa during the week, so we had the apartment in the house and the outdoor area with the pool to ourselves. If we want to vacation on Krk again, we will gladly choose the stone house again. Best regards to the landlords.

Beautiful time
The house with a pool is beautiful. I haven't had such comfortable beds in a long time. The landlords were very nice. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time a lot. We would book it again without a doubt. A clear recommendation. Only a few small knives for cutting fruit and vegetables were missing in the kitchen, otherwise everything was great. The location is good, you can quickly get to Krk and various beaches. The place is quite small, without a restaurant or supermarket, so you need a car or bicycle for that.

Not ideal for holidays with a dog.
Beautiful location, everything can be reached by car in a short time, shopping possibilities, beach, restaurant, etc. The landlords are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the property is not completely fenced as described. In the front, facing a relatively busy road, only protected by a permeable hedge and not at all on the garden side. Completely unsuitable for dogs that like to explore the area or would chase a passing stray cat. Unfortunately, both of our dogs had to spend the holiday on a leash, which was a shame, as we often sat outside on the beautiful terrace and by the pool. We had a lovely holiday in Hlapa, but were disappointed that the information regarding this was inaccurate. We have been traveling to Istria with our dogs for many years now, and until now, we could always rely on the description.

Great flat
The flat is a bit out of the way on a road, but everything was 100% top!!!
Very nice landlords who are only present on weekends.
Nice pool, overall everything extremely well maintained and lots of toys for children. We felt very comfortable!
So if you are mobile and want to explore different bathing bays every day, this is an ideal base! Peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle is guaranteed. ???

Tolles kleines Haus
Beautiful and lovingly furnished little house with very, very nice landlords. The house is centrally located from where you can reach the many beautiful bays of Krk. Great for families with children. In addition to the pool and trampoline, there were already some games, coloring books, and pens available. The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable.
