Location and surroundings of object

The nearest town is Žminj, only 5 km away. There you will find two shops, two very good restaurants, ATMs, a petrol station and a pharmacy.
Žminj is also a nice city to visit. An old castle, Kriche and small narrow streets between old houses.

At only 30 minutes by car you can reach all interesting places in Istria, such as:

Rovinj - the most romantic city in Istria, many galleries, artists, good restaurants, wine bars ... and of course the beaches and the sunsets.

Pula - the largest city in Istria.
In Pula, you can attend many concerts, a film festival, explore ancient Roman architecture and one of the largest colloseums in the area.

The Inner Istria - Groznjan, Motovun - The ancient medieval towns in the inner parts of the Istrian peninsula, which have a special spirit, with their narrow streets, stairs, old buildings, and of course the great landscapes.

Dream vacation

Villa Mia is very beautifully and modernly furnished.
The pool is a dream.
The villa is located in a quiet and beautiful area.
You definitely need a car for shopping.
The hosts are very friendly and helpful, regularly coming to clean the pool.

Modern villa for relaxation

We were 12 days in Kikerli in Villa Mia. It was our most relaxing vacation ever. The villa is located in a small village and yet is quite private. The landlord, Boris, is an extremely friendly person who is always there to help. You really lack for nothing. The villa is, as everyone has already written, really just like in the pictures and spotlessly clean. I can really only recommend it further. We would love to come back. ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ From me!!!

A small paradise!!!

This accommodation is very modernly furnished, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need in a holiday home. The pool is large and very clean. It is cleaned twice a week by the landlord.
Anyone who wants peace and quiet (like us) is exactly right there. Just a few farmers, nothing else... dreamy!
Nearby (about 5 minutes by car) there is a supermarket and a really good butcher. There are also restaurants and pizzerias there. We liked the accommodation so much that we only visited three cities in two weeks and relaxed by the pool for the rest of the days ;)
The landlord Boris is really great! Very friendly and totally helpful.
If I could give more stars, I would!

Dream vacation

It was all beautiful! The property was even more modern than in the pictures. Pool was top-notch, Boris is very nice. The kids felt really great. We would love to come back.

Everything's great

A very beautiful and clean house with modern full amenities and a well-maintained property. Completely fenced, ideal for a relaxing holiday with a dog. The pictures are not entirely up to date. Some renovations and expansions have been made (e.g., terrace with walls and glazing as wind protection, partially new furniture and modern decor inside). The landlord (Boris) is very friendly & helpful and always reachable. Everything you need for a nice stay is available (grill, kitchen utensils, pool towels...). We had a great vacation in the Istria region and always had an oasis to relax in after our outings. We were absolutely thrilled!

Relaxing vacation in a peaceful environment.

We spent our summer vacation here with 2 children and didn't have to leave the property. The children never got bored with the large pool, trampoline, and plenty of space. The landlords are very, very nice and accommodating. Only farmers cultivate their fields around, absolute privacy is guaranteed. All excursion destinations can be reached by car in at most half an hour. A nearby cave is even within walking distance. In the nearby larger town of Zminj, there is everything for daily needs. We would book this house again anytime, relaxation was necessary and absolutely possible here. Thanks again to the Bozac family at this point!

Erholung pur

This house was found exactly as described. We felt very comfortable from the first to the last minute. The house and the entire property were in an extremely clean condition. The furnishings were tastefully and lovingly arranged, not randomly put together like in many other properties. The landlords were very accommodating and friendly. High praise goes to the two Boris and Patrizia who could explain everything to us in English at any time, the two of them also had an additional asset: Papa Franco, who could help in German. A thoroughly relaxing holiday in a great accommodation. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.
