Location and surroundings of object
The nearest town is Žminj, only 5 km away. There you will find two shops, two very good restaurants, ATMs, a petrol station and a pharmacy.
Žminj is also a nice city to visit. An old castle, Kriche and small narrow streets between old houses.
At only 30 minutes by car you can reach all interesting places in Istria, such as:
Rovinj - the most romantic city in Istria, many galleries, artists, good restaurants, wine bars ... and of course the beaches and the sunsets.
Pula - the largest city in Istria.
In Pula, you can attend many concerts, a film festival, explore ancient Roman architecture and one of the largest colloseums in the area.
The Inner Istria - Groznjan, Motovun - The ancient medieval towns in the inner parts of the Istrian peninsula, which have a special spirit, with their narrow streets, stairs, old buildings, and of course the great landscapes.

- If you cancel your holiday booking, we will provide a 100% refund if the period you booked is re-booked and finalized by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if and when this occurs. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2023 or 2024. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub mit 2 Kindern hier verbracht und hätten das Grundstück nicht verlassen müssen. Die Kinder haben sich mit dem großen Pool, dem Trampolin und sehr viel Platz keine Minute gelangweilt. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ringsum bewirtschaften lediglich Bauern ihre Felder, absolute Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Alle Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto in höchstens einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Eine nahe gelegene Grotte ist sogar fußläufig erreichbar. Im nächst größeren Ort Zminj gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus buchen, Entspannung war nötig und hier absolut möglich. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch einmal an die Familie Bozac!

Erholung pur
Dieses Haus wurde so vorgefunden wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Wir habe uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bzw die komplette Anlage befand sich in einem äußerst sauberen Zustand. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Nicht wie in vielen anderen Objekten wahrlos zusammengestellt.
Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch.
Ein hohes Lob gilt den beiden Boris und Patrizia die beide uns jederzeit in Englischer Sprache alles erklären konnten, einen Joker hatten die beiden noch und zwar Papa Franco der dann auch noch in Deutsch helfen konnte.
Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub in einer super Unterkunft. Kann ich mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
