A tastefully and brightly furnished holiday flat awaits you for your relaxing island holiday not far from the sea.
The living room offers cable TV, DVD player, radio with CD player, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette and dining area.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, crockery, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc
The bedroom has a large 3-door wardrobe, a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) and a sideboard
A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge if required.
All rooms have external shutters and can be completely darkened.
An extra bed for a 3rd person can be made on the day bed in the living room
The holiday flat can be occupied by a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child.
At the back of the garden there is a small playground with slide, swing and football goal.
The holiday flat has a bathroom with WC, shower and window
The large sunny terrace, furnished with table, chairs and a sun lounger, faces south-east

You can reach the centre of the village in 5 minutes on foot, e.g. via the beautifully designed lakeside promenade of the Schmachter See. Apartment in the green
The flat is located away from the road on a beautiful leafy plot. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The day started with a walk to Schmachter See. There was a bakery nearby and the centre was also close.

Very restful!
The apartment was bright and clean. The price was very fair. We could enjoy the autumn sun on the large terrace and went on beautiful excursions on the island. We liked it here. If we visit Binz again, we would book here again!

Summer on the large terrace!
This bright and very friendly furnished apartment pleased us.
On the terrace, we spent many a mild evening in peace.
It was a very relaxing holiday, just what we needed.
The island of Rügen has so many beautiful spots, we will come back!
