A modern holiday flat awaits you at a pleasant distance from the beach with a terrace
The living room has a flat screen TV (cable), CD radio, DVD player and 2 comfortable sofas
The separate kitchen with dining area has a chic kitchenette with white high-gloss fronts. It offers you a 4-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge with ice compartment
In the bedroom there is a wardrobe, a double bed (1.80x2m) and a second TV set
The bathroom has WC, washbasin, real glass shower, towel dryer and window.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
A furnished terrace with morning sun invites you to have breakfast. You are also allowed to barbecue.
The flat is located on a large garden plot. A parking space at the house is available for you free of charge.
Bicycles can be parked under the flat's canopy.
Please note: The house is built against a "hill", so the living room with morning sun has normal above-ground windows. The bedroom, however, has a light well in front of the window. The flat is located in the "semi-basement".

The "Seesand" holiday flat is in a quiet location on a large garden plot. The beautiful lakeside promenade of the Schmachter See, which has been redesigned with various adventure stations, is just a few steps away. You can walk along it to the beach and centre or to the beach promenade, both within easy walking distance (see detailed distance information).
