The small cozy Ponderosa is ideal for 2 persons + max. 1 child and is located with 44m² of living space on a 400m² plot. It is located in a quiet side street in close proximity to the beach of Cala LLombrads, which can be easily reached in about 5 minutes walk. A covered garden terrace, as well as a sun terrace in the midst of a Mediterranean garden with palm trees, fruit trees such as vines and a lemon tree invite you to relax and sunbathe. The POOL measures: length 5,40m - width 3m - depth 1m.

Location and surroundings of object
Cala Llombards belongs to the municipality of Santanyi and impresses with its idyllic location on the southeast coast of Mallorca. The small holiday village is home to three picturesque small bathing bays, protected by bizarre high rock formations, with dreamlike turquoise-blue water and fine sand. The sandy beach of Cala Llombards, with its shallow water and gentle waves, is ideal for children. Directly on the beach there is a large parking lot, which can be used free of charge. In summer there is a beach bar with snacks and plated dishes as well as a sunbed rental.
In town you have the opportunity to experience the typical Mallorcan bar atmosphere. The hostel, under new management since April 2023, also offers a restaurant and a sky bar on Fridays/Saturdays. The sky bar, with its panoramic all-round view, has a beautiful view of the bay of Cala Llombard, the Pontas, Santuari mountain, and Santanyi. . . . The small supermarket in the basement of the hostel is open continuously from 8 am to 8 pm, even on holidays, and offers, in addition to fresh baked goods, all necessary groceries and beach ?️ accessories.
Cala S`Almonia and the adjoining Calo des Moro are very small rocky coves. You can snorkel extensively, swim, sunbathe, and hike along the high rocky coast.

In case of cancellation, there is always a fee of €80. - During the peak season of July-August-September, cancellation is possible up to 3 months before arrival. In the remaining months, the following fees apply for cancellations: 30% of the rental price if canceled up to 49 days before the start of the rental period; 50% if canceled 48-35 days before the start; 70% if canceled 34-21 days before the start; 90% if canceled 20-14 days before the start; 100% if canceled 0-13 days before the start. - The paid deposit will be refunded after the final cleaning.

In 5 km distance is the next larger town Santanyi, with numerous restaurants and bars as well as various shops. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the traditional market takes place regularly, where you can buy food, jewelery and souvenirs and watch the hustle and bustle in the cafes with a 'cafe con leche' or a 'caña' (draft beer).

Sweet little oasis
Dear Yulya, we are so delighted with your service, and since the last review is from 2020, I would like to provide an updated review here. Actually, I can only agree with the one from 2020. The little finca is super clean, even the garden cushions are all in top condition. We were welcomed with a fruit basket and wine, and everything you need is available in the finca. Perhaps, but only just perhaps, there could be a few more breakfast plates and cups;-). We are enjoying our 10 days here very much and can highly recommend this small finca for 2 people. Thank you very much to Yulya for this incredible service and kindness!!!

Arrive and feel comfortable
Dear Yulya, once again this year you managed to make us feel comfortable from the beginning with your warmth and the newly renovated Ponderosa, and we were able to switch off from everyday stress immediately. For that we thank you :) Because that is rare nowadays.
We would love to pack our suitcases again and come directly. But a year goes by quickly and the anticipation that we can come again is great.
We can only recommend this oasis of well-being (cleanliness/hygiene top!) with its beautiful garden, pool, and rooftop terrace, it is simply a dream that one wants to continue dreaming again and again :)

Beautiful!
The little Ponderosa is an idyll, the description fits 100 percent. The equipment, the location, the proximity to the sea, and the beautiful garden were reason enough for us to have another vacation at Ponderosa. After already spending a holiday at the Finca in 2016, this year three of us went there. The tranquility in the shade of the palms, splashing in the pool, the incredibly nice conversations with Yulya, and the delicious dishes from the grill made us have a wonderful time. If you want to spend your holiday in peace and in a clean accommodation, this is the right place.
We want to say thank you, thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at Ponderosa. We want to thank you, dear Yulya, thank you for your loving, friendly, and warm manner.
We have not spent our last holiday there, we will come back!

Every person seeks somewhere the place of rest, relaxation, well-being, where there is always something blooming and green, in every season. The climate is of great importance if one has experienced much cold and bad weather from northern Europe. All this I find in Cala Llombards, far away from mass tourism.
