A lovingly furnished 4-room flat with balcony in a south-facing location awaits you on approx. 70 m² of living space. The holiday flat "Bernsteinkieker" creates a cosy accommodation over two levels on the 1st floor of house 18. It can be reached via an outside staircase with its own entrance.
For up to 6 people, there is a living and dining area with a table and a comfortable sofa. A flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system and a selection of games, DVDs and books are available to pass the time.
The bedrooms have two single beds (90 x 200 cm) in the basement and one double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) in each of the bedrooms on the upper floor. You can store your wardrobe in the wardrobe on the lower level as well as on the upper floor of the sleeping areas. The windows are darkened with roller blinds. The special features on the upper floor are an additional TV in the right-hand bedroom and a stair guard.
Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, freezer and microwave. With the electric grill you can barbecue on the balcony when the weather is nice
The shower room leads directly to a separate toilet
Design flooring was chosen for the entire flat.
A high chair and a cot with mattress are included in this flat
Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle stand at the house.
