CASA DEL MAR is located in the Urbanisation La Marina, there are no high-rise buildings here :)
close to Guardamar del Segura, Elche, Santa Pola, and Torrevieja.
In 10-15 minutes on foot, or faster by car, you can reach a selection of good and reasonably priced restaurants and bistros.
You can take short walks in the greenery from the house, or after a few minutes by car, longer walks on the beautiful beaches, the dunes, or in the pine forests. The extensive beaches of La Marina, Santa Pola, or Guardamar are only a few minutes' drive away. At our beautiful beaches in La Marina, parking is free.
Playa La Marina is 2 km long and about 50 m wide; it has the blue flag, the seal of approval for best water quality, safety, and environmental protection.
Also reachable in a few minutes is the beach Los Tusales, 1.6 km long and 60 m wide; nudism is possible here.
Alicante airport 30 minutes by car.
La Marina Pueblo 5 minutes by car. Guardamar del Segura 10 minutes by car.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation fees up to 15 days prior to arrival are 50% of the total rental price. For cancellations made within 14 days before check-in: Cancellation fees are 100% of the total rental price (additional costs will be refunded if they have already been paid). The security deposit will be refunded 1 day after the check-out, provided the final inspection is without any issues.
