Description
Our farmhouse was newly built in 2015 in the traditional South Tyrolean style and since then we have rented 5 apartments of various sizes for 4 - 6 or 7 - 9 people. All apartments are well equipped with natural wood furniture and a modern spacious kitchen.

Location and surroundings of object
Our farm is located in Steinhaus, the central tourist resort in the Ahrntal, at the foot of the ski and hiking area Klausberg. We are only a few minutes walk from the center, but quiet and surrounded by our own meadows. In winter you can ski directly from the ski slope to the house. In summer you can start numerous hiking tours from here.

Cancellation terms:
Up to 30 days before the day of arrival, a reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. The deposit taken to secure the booking (`Caparra`) will be retained. If the guest cancels within the period from the 29th day before the agreed day of arrival to the day of arrival itself, the guest is required to pay the following cancellation fees: Cancellation from 29 to 14 days before the arrival date: 30% of the agreed total price Cancellation from 13 to 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price In case of no-show by the guest (`no show`) or early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is owed in full.
