The house accommodates up to 22 people and is for exclusive use; it is located in a quiet area in St. Peter, pleasantly set back from the road. The large kitchen is well suited for larger families/small groups to cook, with two ceramic cooktops with ovens and a dishwasher available. In the dining room there is enough space for eating and a buffet cabinet for setting out food. The cozy sitting area with TV and play corner is somewhat separated in the room. In the garden there is a children's playground with a sand heap, swing, and slide.
Pets are allowed on request.
All rooms are individually designed: 6 double rooms with their own bathroom, the remaining rooms (2 double rooms, 1 single room, 1 triple room, 1 quadruple room) share two bathrooms, each with 3 showers, 2 sinks, and 1 toilet.

The house is in a very quiet location, about 60m from the main road, which is, however, below the house and therefore hardly audible. In the neighborhood there are mainly farms with cows, sheep, goats, and small animals. Horses and a cat live on the property. The view of the mountains is fantastic and, depending on the time of day, creates different moods. Shopping facilities can be reached by bus or car in 5 minutes, the nearest restaurant is 2 minutes away by car. For house guests there are tickets for the free bus. St. Peter has a very beautiful church with a fantastic view. The village is located at 1300m above sea level and is the starting or ending point of the Ahrntal Sun Trails. Hiking can be done directly from the house, suggestions for hikes or excursions are available. The Klausberg ski area can be reached in 7 minutes with the free bus, the Speikboden ski area is 20 minutes away.
The Ahrntal offers many possibilities from hiking, biking, climbing, river rafting, horseback riding, high ropes course, museums, climate tunnels, summer and winter toboggan runs to guided herb hikes and much more.

Met our requirements
The accommodation is ideal for several families with children and dogs. Unfortunately, the beds were not all comfortable and there is not a wardrobe or enough hooks to hang anything in every room. Not all showers worked well either. The house is getting on in years and therefore suited us.

Beautiful vacation
We had a great time in this large and welcoming house for groups and large families. Spacious accommodation with a wonderful view of the mountains in Valle Aurina. Mrs. Esther was very kind and helpful, attentive to all our needs. We also appreciated the presence of the animals, six horses and a very well-behaved and friendly dog named Nico. We hope to come back soon with a nice group of friends. Thank you for everything Esther!

a good group house(10adults,10children),neat,clean,pleasant nice landlords,we were satisfied.
I am a Swiss woman who emigrated and I am glad to meet new people. I am happy to give ideas and advice from well Desk. A special experience like a helicopter flight, I can organize, or for the whole group bicycles. Give me your wishes when booking and I will gladly accept this.
