Description
The house can accommodate 6 up to 22 people, it is located in a quiet area in St. Peter, pleasantly removed from the road. The large kitchen is ideal for larger families / cook small groups, a gas stove with oven, microwave and an industrial dishwasher are available. In the dining room enough space for dining and buffet furniture is prepare the food. The cozy sitting area with TV and play area is somewhat separated in space.
The fenced garden is ideal for families with children, there are also some toys in and around the house. Pets are allowed on request.
The rooms are all individually designed 7 double rooms with private bathroom, the other rooms (2 doubles, 1 single, 1 triple, 1 room with twin beds) share two bathrooms, each with 3 showers, 2 sinks and 1 toilet.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is in a very quiet location, about 60 meters from the main road, but this is below the house and therefore barely audible. In the neighborhood are mainly farms with cows, sheep, goats and small animals. On the property live horses, dog and a cat. The view of the mountains is gorgeous and depending on the time, various moods arise. Shops can be reached with a 10 minute walk, the nearest restaurant is 2 minutes away by car. For the residents, there are cards for free to ride the bus. St. Peter has a very beautiful church with a wonderful view and a grocery store. The town, situated 1300m above sea level and is to start or end of the Ahrntal sun paths. You walk can directly from the house, there are the proposals for hikes and excursions. The Klausberg ski area is accessible by free bus in 7 minutes.
The Ahrntal offers many opportunities of hiking, biking, climbing, river rafting, horseback riding, ropes course, museums, climate gallery, summer and winter toboggan run up on guided herb walks and many more.

Met our requirements
The accommodation is ideal for several families with children and dogs. Unfortunately, the beds were not all comfortable and there is not a wardrobe or enough hooks to hang anything in every room. Not all showers worked well either. The house is getting on in years and therefore suited us.

Beautiful vacation
We had a great time in this large and welcoming house for groups and large families. Spacious accommodation with a wonderful view of the mountains in Valle Aurina. Mrs. Esther was very kind and helpful, attentive to all our needs. We also appreciated the presence of the animals, six horses and a very well-behaved and friendly dog named Nico. We hope to come back soon with a nice group of friends. Thank you for everything Esther!
