The large, light-flooded flat with balcony offers everything you need for a relaxing stay and is only half a minute away from the beach.
The flat is located on the 1st floor in the listed Villa Concordia. It was completely renovated in 1997/98, lovingly restored and now offers a stylish ambience.
Through the spacious hallway, you enter a large living room with flat-screen TV (incl. Smart TV), radio, couch with sleeping function, free Wi-Fi connection, an open kitchen with a nice dining area for cosy get-togethers.
The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination and utensils for daily use.
The beach-facing balcony extends the full length of the flat, is furnished and can be accessed from the bedroom and the living room.
The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe in which your luggage can be comfortably stored.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge if required.
The daylight bathroom has a shower and WC.
The villa has a storage room for bicycles in the neighbouring building, Haus Concordia;
A parking space is included at the house.

The villa is in the second row and from the villa, the Baltic seaside resort of Binz and its sights can be easily reached on foot, but also by car or with the Binz Bäderbahn, which stops directly in front of the house. - Free cancellation option until 65 days before the day of arrival.

Der Mieter kann jederzeit vom Vertrag unter folgenden Bedingungen zurücktreten: bis 65 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 0% des Mietpreises bis 45 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 40% des Mietpreises bis 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 60% des Mietpreises bis 20 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90% des Mietpreises später als 20 Tage vor Mietbeginn 100% des Mietpreises Ersatzmieter: Der Mieter hat das Recht, einen Ersatzmieter vorzuschlagen. Dieser muss für den Vermieter zumutbar und solvent sein. Er tritt in den Vertrag zu den bestehenden Bedingungen ein. Mieter und Ersatzmieter haften für den Mietzins. Maßgebend für die Berechnung der Annullierungsgebühr ist das Eintreffen der Mitteilung beim Vermieter (bei Samstagen, Sonn- und Feiertagen gilt der nächste Werktag).
