Description
Semi-detached house in the fishing village of Lütow on the holiday island of Usedom - 75m² living space on 2 floors - ground floor 2 rooms, bathroom, eat-in kitchen with all appliances and exit to the sunny terrace - upper floor large living room (35 sqm) with cosy seating area TV and stereo. Quiet location on the Achterwasser. Very suitable for families with 3 children, who can play in the large fenced plot or on the neighbouring playground when there is no beach weather. The surrounding nature reserve allows long walks and even more so excursions by bike. (Rent a bike by phone with delivery)
A surf school is in the immediate vicinity. The 7 km long way to Zinnowitz to the beach is no problem by bike. Our holiday home is very relaxing for seniors in the early or low season. The house can be used all year round thanks to its modern heating system.

Pure relaxation!
As in the description, everything you need is there. Very quiet location. Ideal for excursions on foot, by car or by bike. Here you can walk for hours and enjoy nature. Ideal for 5 people. Zinnowitz for shopping only 7 km away. Pure nature. We saw all kinds of birds. On the very first day also sea eagles and of course captured on video. Small drawback: the description mentions the hotel just before the accommodation. Sauna, food and so on... The exterior was not so appealing, which is why we did not visit it. The contact with Thomas, the landlord, was quick and easy.

Pure relaxation
Super beautiful location that invites you to take relaxing walks. There is much to discover. Zinnowitz and Co. are not far away and worth a trip
The semi-detached house offers everything you need in terms of equipment and can be highly recommended. We will gladly come back for a third time!
