This modern holiday home is situated on a large garden plot within walking distance of the beach.
It was renovated and refurnished in 2019.
Brightly and family-friendly furnished, it now offers you
- a living room with wood-burning cooker, large flat-screen TV (satellite), radio with CD player and fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle and toaster
- one bedroom with TV, DVD player (with USB connection), wardrobe, double bed (160x200cm, 2 separate mattresses) and blackout curtains
- one bedroom with wardrobe, bunk bed (80x180cm), children's play kitchen and blackout curtains
- a chic bathroom with real glass shower, WC and hairdryer
- a furnished terrace facing south
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor, in a double bungalow.
A parking space at the house is available free of charge.
Bicycles can be parked in the yard under a carport.
In the back of the garden, the little guests can use a small playground with a children's house, football goal + swing.
Barbecues are allowed.

The "Vogelhaus" is quietly situated on a large garden plot. The newly designed lakeside promenade of the Schmachter See is only a few steps away. You can walk along it to the centre in about 5 minutes and to the beach in 10 minutes (see detailed distance information).
In the centre of the village you will find shopping facilities and many restaurants and bars.

Great week!

Sunny family vacation.
Everything was very relaxed! The child was busy with the play kitchen, mom and dad could chill on the terrace in peace. The beach was not far either.
We have to come back :) ...

We have been in the apartment (formerly Sonnenblume) several times already, but the name now fits perfectly with the wallpaper and furnishings :). Great praise to the decorator and craftsmen. It was great to be here again, and the kids recognized everything. And we will come back again!
