This holiday flat was completely renovated and refurnished for you in 2018!
You can now look forward to a very tastefully furnished, family-friendly holiday flat in a quiet location close to the beach:
The chic living room is equipped with a wood-burning cooker, radio with CD player, DVD player and flat-screen TV, kitchenette with dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc
Adjacent to the living room is an east-facing, small terrace with morning sun.
The children's bedroom also has a TV set and a bed with a surface area of 0.80 x 2m. If required, this bed can be extended to double width (1.60 x 2m). The flat manager will be happy to prepare this for you. The window in the children's room has a blind.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided if required.
The master bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2m), a large wardrobe and a TV set
The window has Roman blinds and pleated blinds with blackout function
An entrance area with space for storing and hanging up wardrobe and shoes completes the holiday flat.
The second terrace is located in front of the main entrance of the holiday flat. It is comfortably furnished and faces west.
The chic bathroom has underfloor heating, shower, WC, 2 washbasins, hairdryer and a window.
The flat is located on the ground floor.
The property has a large garden. Barbecues are allowed
A small children's playground with a playhouse, slide, swing and football goal is located at the back of the garden
Bicycle storage and a parking space are available free of charge.

The "SeeRosen" holiday flat is in a quiet location on a large garden plot. The newly designed lakeside promenade of the Schmachter See with its various adventure stations is only a few steps away. It is a 5-minute walk to the centre of the village and a 10-minute walk to the beach.
In the centre of the village you will find shopping facilities and many restaurants and bars.

Holiday in the countryside
The tasteful apartment was very well-maintained and clean, with many details and a beautiful terrace. The garden property was great for our children, they made friends right away :-) Only a few minutes to the city and very peaceful in the evenings. We were welcomed very nicely - thank you very much for the service!

Location and facilities of the house/apartment were great. Quiet location yet not far from the beach. Very cozy furnishings. Perfect choice, highly recommended.
