Spend your holiday on Rügen in a wonderful seaside resort style villa -
in a large, light-flooded flat with bay window and balcony, only half a minute from the beach.
A large living room with 42'' flat-screen TV (screen diagonal 106 cm), radio, couch with sleeping function, free Wi-Fi connection and a beautiful dining area in the bay awaits you.
The separate kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer etc.
The west-facing balcony is furnished and can be accessed from the bedroom and the kitchen.
The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.
Children's travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge if required
The bathroom has a shower and WC.
The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor.
The villa has a lift and a storage room for bicycles.
A parking space is included at the house.

The "Charlotte" holiday flat is located in the historic Metropol spa villa, only 150 metres from the beach and the beach promenade, as well as from the centre of Binz. The pier is just a stone's throw away. You will find various shopping facilities and restaurants near the flat.

Ostern in Binz
We had a great holiday in the apartment. The floor seems to be new and everything was very clean. Despite many guests in the house, it was very quiet. The last-minute booking was not a problem, and the key handover was well organized.

Fresh breeze in Binz
We felt very comfortable in Binz and in the "Charlotte". It was not far to the beach with the children. It was nice to see that Binz is well visited even in November and not "deserted".

Great vacation in a superb vacation rental

New Year's Eve in Binz ...
... is highly recommended. The fireworks on the beach are a highlight of our Binz program every year. We felt very comfortable here again!
