Description
The apartment has about 40 m2 living space. A bedroom with double bed. A living room with kitchenette and large terrace. The sitting area can be used as a sofa bed. A bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is completely furnished. Bed linen and towels are available in good numbers for change. There is a seating area and two sunbeds on the terrace. From there you can enjoy the sunrise with a great view of the with satellite system with about 70 programs. From the very well-kept residential complex is the way to the sandy beach only 150 meters with its own beach access. On site is a German speaking contact person, if there should be problems.

The apartment is located on the east coast of Fuerteventura on the most beautiful corner of the Costa Calma. Great sandy beach. Good shopping, supermarket and bakery are within walking distance in 5 minutes. Also different restaurants in different price ranges are very close.

Pure relaxation
We had a wonderful time in the flat. The location is fantastic, the view from the spacious balcony the absolute hammer - whether in the morning for sunrise, in the evening for stargazing with the sound of the sea or for a cosy breakfast or yoga, the terrace is super and was our favourite place on holiday! In addition to a beautiful beach, you can also find all the infrastructure you need to have a relaxing holiday nearby. We will definitely request again! Thank you for everything from Loris and Amelie

Very nice vacation at Costa Calma
A very nice and relaxing holiday is guaranteed in this apartment. Enjoy the sunrise from the terrace every morning. The apartment is located in a beautiful, well-kept complex with a short walk to the long and very wide Costa Calma beach. Beautiful beach walks guaranteed. 1 minute from the apartment there is a supermarket and a few minutes' walk to the restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. the kitchen; there is also a washing machine. Contact with the landlord was very nice and uncomplicated. If you have any questions, there is also helpful support on site. All in all, a very nice and recommendable holiday.

Relax at Costa Calma
My wife and I have been to this well-maintained complex many times. This time, we stayed in this apartment for the first time. From booking to on-site support, everything was great. I consider the costs to be reasonable - including the final cleaning costs, as everything was truly spotlessly clean. The furnishings are good, and we especially appreciated the good mattresses. The terrace with a view of the sea and direct access to the beach through the complex is a reason why we like it there. I probably don't need to write anything about the super long sandy beach. We might have missed an additional beach umbrella on the terrace (awning available) and a floor lamp. Landlord has been informed. By the way, a very nice and quick contact! Even though the old restaurants in the side street were demolished, one is compensated by a top modern Spar market right next to the complex (bread, cold cuts, fruit) and new very nice restaurants. We still like it very much and we would love to book this apartment again!

Everything perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. Good care by the administration beforehand and on site. Communication with the landlord was also very good! The apartment meets all requirements, we felt very comfortable. Quiet complex, great balcony with sea view, spacious bay for Costa Calma. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back next year ????

Overall happy.
The apartment is located in a very well-maintained complex. Less than five minutes to the beach. The premises are in good condition. Support/contact person is available. Shopping opportunities, restaurants "at your doorstep", yet the residential complex is very quiet. We will go back next year.

Uns fehlten vielleicht ein zusätzlicher Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse (Markise vorhanden) und eine Stehlampe. Vermieter ist informiert. Übrigens ein sehr netter und schneller Kontakt !! Auch wenn die alten Restaurants in der Nebenstraße abgerissen wurden, so wird man durch einen top modernen Spar Markt direkt neben der Anlage (Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Obst) und neuen sehr schönen Restaurants entschädigt. Uns gefällt es nach wie vor und sehr gerne (!) buchen wir dieses Appartement wieder!
Im Appartement fühlt man sich durch die wohnliche und funktionale Ausstattung von Anfang an wohl, das Highlight ist der geräumige Balkon mit Meerblick. Zum universellen Glück hat lediglich der Backofen gefehlt.
Ein sehr breiter, feinsandiger Strand und azurblaues Wasser luden zu Spaziergängen ein.
Was man wissen muss: Costa Calma ist ein reiner Touristenort ohne Altstadt und im Inneren der Insel gibt es nur wenig Vegetation. Lohnende Ausflugsziele sind rar.
Wer einen Strandurlaub machen will, ist hier aber sehr gut aufgehoben!
Die Betreuung durch Vermieter und Verwalterin war gut.
Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut und das Appartement war sehr sauber.
Die Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer und das Frühstück auf der Terrasse waren jedes mal Erholung pur.
Die Küche ist mit allen Dingen, die man zur Selbstversorgung braucht, sehr gut ausgestattet.
Ein kurzer Weg führt durch die gepflegte Anlage zum Strand.
Auch 3 Wochen Urlaub gehen einmal zu Ende und wir sagen Danke für die erholsamen Tage in dem schönen Appartement.
Der 1. Kaffee des Tages, und danach Frühstück in aller Ruhe auf dem grossen Balkon und das jeden Tag bei Sonnenschein. Besser konnte der Tag nicht anfangen. Es ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen , Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Eisdiele (Max.5- 10 Minuten) . Der feine Sandstrand liegt praktisch vor der Tür und ist super lang und nicht überlaufen, Strandspaziergänge waren jeden Tag angesagt, das Wasser ist sauber und trotz der Kälte ein MUSS. Das beSide Restaurant, oben im Einkaufszentrum ist sehr zu empfehlen, man kann aber auch sehr gut in der kleinen Kitchenette, in der Wohnung, kochen, Kühlschrank , Kaffeemaschine und Herd sind vorhanden, auch alles was man sonst noch braucht, ist vorhanden. Alles ist sehr sauber, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und Ansprechpartner, falls es mal ein Problem gibt,sind vor Ort und immer ansprechbar. Vor uns hatten Sie aber Ruhe, weil wir nichts zu beanstanden hatten
eingerichtet. Unser Tag begann mit einem Frühstück auf dem großen Balkon und nach einem Strandtag konnte man mit einem Glas Wein den Abend auf dem Balkon genießen. Mehrere Restaurants und Läden -ein großer Laden mit einer Fleisch- und Fischtheke- sind bequem zu erreichen. Trotz der Nähe zu allen Geschäften und Restaurants ist es in der Anlage ruhig, und man kann sehr gut schlafen. Der Strand, der durch die Anlage schnell zu erreichen ist, lädt zu langen Strandspaziergängen ein. Auch die Surfschule ist in der Nähe.
