Description

The apartment has about 40 m2 living space. A bedroom with double bed. A living room with kitchenette and large terrace. The sitting area can be used as a sofa bed. A bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is completely furnished. Bed linen and towels are available in good numbers for change. There is a seating area and two sunbeds on the terrace. From there you can enjoy the sunrise with a great view of the with satellite system with about 70 programs. From the very well-kept residential complex is the way to the sandy beach only 150 meters with its own beach access. On site is a German speaking contact person, if there should be problems.

The apartment is located on the east coast of Fuerteventura on the most beautiful corner of the Costa Calma. Great sandy beach. Good shopping, supermarket and bakery are within walking distance in 5 minutes. Also different restaurants in different price ranges are very close.

Pure relaxation

We had a wonderful time in the flat. The location is fantastic, the view from the spacious balcony the absolute hammer - whether in the morning for sunrise, in the evening for stargazing with the sound of the sea or for a cosy breakfast or yoga, the terrace is super and was our favourite place on holiday! In addition to a beautiful beach, you can also find all the infrastructure you need to have a relaxing holiday nearby. We will definitely request again! Very nice vacation at Costa Calma

A very nice and relaxing holiday is guaranteed in this apartment. Enjoy the sunrise from the terrace every morning. The apartment is located in a beautiful, well-kept complex with a short walk to the long and very wide Costa Calma beach. Beautiful beach walks guaranteed. 1 minute from the apartment there is a supermarket and a few minutes' walk to the restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. the kitchen; there is also a washing machine. Contact with the landlord was very nice and uncomplicated. If you have any questions, there is also helpful support on site. All in all, a very nice and recommendable holiday.

Relax at Costa Calma

My wife and I have been to this well-maintained complex many times. This time, we stayed in this apartment for the first time. From booking to on-site support, everything was great. I consider the costs to be reasonable - including the final cleaning costs, as everything was truly spotlessly clean. The furnishings are good, and we especially appreciated the good mattresses. The terrace with a view of the sea and direct access to the beach through the complex is a reason why we like it there. I probably don't need to write anything about the super long sandy beach. We might have missed an additional beach umbrella on the terrace (awning available) and a floor lamp. Landlord has been informed. By the way, a very nice and quick contact! Even though the old restaurants in the side street were demolished, one is compensated by a top modern Spar market right next to the complex (bread, cold cuts, fruit) and new very nice restaurants. We still like it very much and we would love to book this apartment again!

Highly recommended ????

Everything perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. Good care by the administration beforehand and on site. Communication with the landlord was also very good! The apartment meets all requirements, we felt very comfortable. Quiet complex, great balcony with sea view, spacious bay for Costa Calma. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back next year ????

Overall happy.

The apartment is located in a very well-maintained complex. Less than five minutes to the beach. The premises are in good condition. Support/contact person is available. Shopping opportunities, restaurants "at your doorstep", yet the residential complex is very quiet. We will go back next year.

Perfect holiday from the German winter

Blessed with sunshine and temperatures up to 26 degrees, we had a wonderful relaxing holiday. In the apartment, you feel comfortable from the beginning due to the homely and functional furnishings, the highlight being the spacious balcony with a sea view. The only thing missing for universal happiness was the oven. A very wide, fine sandy beach and azure blue water invited us to take walks. What you need to know: Costa Calma is a purely tourist town without an old town, and there is little vegetation in the interior of the island. Worthwhile excursions are rare. However, if you want a beach vacation, this is the perfect place! The care by the landlord and manager was good.

Well-being holiday

This holiday accommodation is a "jewel". Once you have rented it, you will always come back. When you enter the bright flat, you are thrilled by the dreamlike sea view. The rooms are very well maintained and comfortably
furnished. Our day started with breakfast on the large balcony and after a day at the beach we could enjoy the evening on the balcony with a glass of wine. Several restaurants and shops -a large shop with a meat and fish counter- are within easy reach. Despite the proximity to all shops and restaurants, it is quiet in the complex and you can sleep very well. The beach, which can be reached quickly through the complex, invites you to take long walks on the beach. The surf school is also nearby.

Everything fits

The first time in Fuerteventura - Conclusion: this island and this flat again and again.
The first coffee of the day, and then breakfast in peace and quiet on the large balcony, and every day in the sunshine. The day couldn't have started any better. Everything is within easy reach, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlour (max. 5-10 minutes). The fine sandy beach is practically on the doorstep and is super long and not crowded, beach walks were announced every day, the water is clean and despite the cold a MUST. The beSide restaurant, upstairs in the shopping centre is highly recommended, but you can also cook very well in the small kitchenette, in the flat, refrigerator, coffee maker and cooker are available, also everything else you need is available. Everything is very clean, modern and lovingly furnished, and if there is ever a problem, there is a contact person on site who is always available. But you had peace from us, because we had nothing to complain about
