The beautiful holiday flat on the 1st floor of a newly built holiday home (completion May 2018)
is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow on the island of Usedom. It offers space for a total of 4 people

Layout of the rooms:

- spacious light-flooded living area with access to the balcony, comfortable sofa corner and
Flat screen TV,
- Kitchen area with kitchenette (oven, microwave, 4 zone ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster
Freezer, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle) and dining table
- 1 bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin
- 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe in the attic

You will find a parking space for your car right next to the house. There is a washing machine in the house, which can be used via a coin-operated machine. A lockable bicycle shed is also located directly next to the house.

Location and surroundings of object

Through a quiet piece of forest (approx. 700 m ) you can reach the Baltic Sea beach directly. Koserow is located approximately in the middle of the 40-kilometre-long beach on the island of Usedom between Peenemünde and Swinemünde(Poland).

In addition to having the highest elevation (Streckelsberg), the area around Koserow is also the narrowest part of the island of Usedom between the sea and the backwater. There is no other place on the island where the two bodies of water are so close together.
