Location: The beautiful holiday flat faces the lake. The beach is only about 200 metres away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The town is also only a few minutes' walk away.
Wonderful long walks along the beach towards Großenbrode are possible directly from the flat.

Great apartment

Very nice apartment.
Everything is available, from the dishwasher to the blender.
We missed nothing.
Nice swimming pool in the building as an alternative in bad weather.

Great apartment

Beautiful apartment with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The complex has a great swimming pool. Short distances to the beach / promenade. Shopping opportunities nearby and easily accessible on foot. We will definitely come back again.

Very nice well-maintained small apartment

The apartment has everything you need. We booked a laundry package, meaning no bed making, sufficient towels for the bathroom and kitchen ?.
It is nicely and modernly furnished.
The beds are very comfortable. Only about a 3-minute walk to the beach promenade ⛱️.
Very nice and friendly communication with the landlords. Everything went smoothly.
We would love to come back.

Vacation June 2025

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The swimming pool in the basement of House C is very nice and really clean. Unfortunately, there was only one key for the apartment, which we didn't like so much. Otherwise, everything was okay.

Comfortable and cozy

The apartment is perfect for one to two people. I lacked nothing. All rooms are modernly designed. The bathroom is spacious with a rain shower. There is a double bed with two different firmness mattresses. The wardrobe offers plenty of space. The kitchen has everything needed for a vacation, from a microwave to a dishwasher and stove. There is even an iron available. A washing machine and dryer are in the house. The balcony invites you to linger. The walk to the beach takes a maximum of a few minutes on foot. 10 minutes. I will definitely come back.

Great vacation apartment

Lovingly and modernly furnished vacation apartment. Everything you need is available. There were plenty of parking spaces for bicycles and even a bike room. The beach is not far away, about a 7-minute walk. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back.

Dream-like holiday apartment in top location!

The vacation apartment with the apartment number 111 in building A of the "Haus Berolina" complex provided us with everything (and more) that one could wish for in a vacation apartment. Upon our arrival, the apartment was super clean and polished. In addition to an above-average modern decor (modern kitchen including latest kitchen appliances, flat-screen TV with excellent picture resolution, and good and secure WiFi), all usual everyday objects such as clotheslines, vacuum cleaners, mixers, and more were freely available to us. The bed is large and comfortable and the varying degrees of firmness of the mattresses offer everyone a pleasant sleep. The bathroom was also very modern and super clean. Due to the beautiful location of the apartment, one can wake up with the sun and have breakfast directly on the balcony of the vacation apartment in the morning sun. The beach including its promenade, bike rental, restaurants, and shopping opportunities can all be reached within a few minutes' walk. If one happens to forget something, a larger shopping center nearby provides good relief. One of the absolute highlights was the house's own heated swimming pool, which is available to guests of the house. This way, you can enjoy a bathing holiday no matter what the weather! All in all, this vacation apartment is a place to feel comfortable and not want to leave anytime soon. We would book the vacation apartment again anytime if we were traveling to this region.

Holiday flat

A very beautiful flat, lovingly furnished. Nothing was missing. We felt right at home. For a relaxed sleep, each mattress had a different degree of hardness :-). super!
And so that you can swim off the delicious fish again, just use the indoor swimming pool that belongs to it, with a pleasant water temperature.
We will definitely be back.

A cosy holiday flat

The flat is located in the centre of the village and is very cosy. The flat is modernly furnished with everything you need, we didn't miss anything. It is also nice that there is a washing machine and a dryer on each floor that you can use for a small fee.
There is also a swimming pool which can be used very well in bad weather
To put it in a nutshell we would love to come back!!!!

Haus Berolina in Dahme, App. 111

Very nicely furnished flat, everything you need is there.
The way to the promenade and gastronomy is within a few minutes walking distance.
Since we liked it so much, we have booked our summer holiday for next year in the same apartment again!

Hervorragendes Appartement

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Nothing is missing. Whether necessary electrical appliances or the large television, everything is available. In the furnishings, you can feel the attention to detail, whether in the living/sleeping area, kitchen, or bathroom. All rooms are very tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable and have already booked for next year.
