The one-room flat, consisting of a living/bedroom with integrated kitchen, offers 38 sqm
Short distances are promised by the good location on the first floor. The building has a lift that can be used to transport luggage and shopping comfortably to the front door of the flat.
Furnishings
Bedroom & living room: A peaceful sleep & plenty of relaxation are guaranteed by a very comfortable 2 m x 1.8 m bed with new comfort mattresses and adjustable Schlaraffia slatted frames, as well as by the fully black-out curtains. The flair is rounded off by a high-quality designer floor.
Cosiness is also promised by a new comfortable leather relax TV armchair & a new very comfortable high-quality leather couch.
A linen package can be provided by the cleaning company for €29.75/person.
It includes: Bed linen, 2 towels, 1 bath towel, 1 shower mat and a tea towel.
On arrival you will find your beds made up.

Kitchen: Cooking is possible in the fully equipped new kitchen (4-plate electric cooker, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)
New bathroom: Equipped with a large shower with additional rain shower head. (hairdryer available)
Balcony: newly designed, very sheltered, located on the lake side, equipped with new comfortable garden furniture. (chairs 7-way adjustable) Dimensions approx. 3.1 m x 1.6 m
Further information: Entertainment is provided: Flat screen 4K Flat TV with 43" screen diagonal SAT - TV and a modern radio are included. In addition, free internet/W-LAN access is available
The flat also includes an ironing board, an iron and a hoover.
Washing machine & dryer can be used for a small fee.
EXTRAS: Relaxation is guaranteed with free use of the indoor swimming pool (downstairs in the building). An in-house solarium is also available for a small fee.
The swimming pool is not available from the 2nd week of January for approx. 3 weeks due to annual maintenance.
There is no need to search for a parking space as there are two free outdoor parking spaces (secured by a barrier at night)
Bicycles can be stored in a lockable room.
A table tennis table is available for sports.

Location: The beautiful holiday flat faces the lake. The beach is only about 200 metres away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The town is also only a few minutes' walk away.
Wonderful long walks along the beach towards Großenbrode are possible directly from the flat.

Urlaub
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dream-like holiday apartment in top location!
The vacation apartment with the apartment number 111 in building A of the "Haus Berolina" complex provided us with everything (and more) that one could wish for in a vacation apartment. Upon our arrival, the apartment was super clean and polished. In addition to an above-average modern decor (modern kitchen including latest kitchen appliances, flat-screen TV with excellent picture resolution, and good and secure WiFi), all usual everyday objects such as clotheslines, vacuum cleaners, mixers, and more were freely available to us. The bed is large and comfortable and the varying degrees of firmness of the mattresses offer everyone a pleasant sleep. The bathroom was also very modern and super clean. Due to the beautiful location of the apartment, one can wake up with the sun and have breakfast directly on the balcony of the vacation apartment in the morning sun. The beach including its promenade, bike rental, restaurants, and shopping opportunities can all be reached within a few minutes' walk. If one happens to forget something, a larger shopping center nearby provides good relief. One of the absolute highlights was the house's own heated swimming pool, which is available to guests of the house. This way, you can enjoy a bathing holiday no matter what the weather! All in all, this vacation apartment is a place to feel comfortable and not want to leave anytime soon. We would book the vacation apartment again anytime if we were traveling to this region.

Holiday flat
A very beautiful flat, lovingly furnished. Nothing was missing. We felt right at home. For a relaxed sleep, each mattress had a different degree of hardness :-). super!
And so that you can swim off the delicious fish again, just use the indoor swimming pool that belongs to it, with a pleasant water temperature.
We will definitely be back.

Schöne Wohnung mit moderner Einrichtung
Schöne Wohnung mit moderner Einrichtung in bester Lage von Dahme; es sind nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand.
Es war alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag benötigt und super sauber!

A cosy holiday flat
The flat is located in the centre of the village and is very cosy. The flat is modernly furnished with everything you need, we didn't miss anything. It is also nice that there is a washing machine and a dryer on each floor that you can use for a small fee.
There is also a swimming pool which can be used very well in bad weather
To put it in a nutshell we would love to come back!!!!

Haus Berolina in Dahme, App. 111
Very nicely furnished flat, everything you need is there.
The way to the promenade and gastronomy is within a few minutes walking distance.
Since we liked it so much, we have booked our summer holiday for next year in the same apartment again!

Hervorragend
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Bei der Einrichtung fehlt es an nichts, man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage hier verbracht. Danke auch nochmal für die freundlichen Telefongespräche im Vorfeld und der Nachfrage nach der Anreise, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Hervorragendes Appartement
Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Es fehlt an nichts. Ob notwendige Elektrogeräte oder auch der große Fernseher, es ist alles vorhanden. Bei der Einrichtung merkt man die Liebe zum Detail, ob im Wohn-/Schlaftraum, Küche oder Bad. Alles Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und schon für das kommende Jahr gebucht.

Super Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet. Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben & prima, alles da, was man braucht. Von der Dachterrasse des Gebäudes hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Ostsee & die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Schöne Lage und Strandpromenade.
