Villa Irena is a newly opened, romantic, beautiful and fully equipped villa in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, just 25 minutes from the nearest beach.

The entire property is completely fenced, for your privacy. There are 8 sun loungers and two umbrellas by the pool. The beautiful, sunny and secure garden has a trampoline, a barbecue and a large dining table. The villa is perfect for a family with children and pets or groups of friends.

The entire interior is air-conditioned and each bedroom has its own air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with large windows, three bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom. Flat WiFi is available.
There is plenty of parking space: 2 in the gates and 2 in front of the villa.

Location and surroundings of object

Gajmovići is a small village in the heart of the peninsula of Istria. The area is well known for the extra virgin olive oil, excellent ham and delicious white and red wine. There are many good restaurants in the area (we recommend the restaurant Peron 2 in Cerovlje, Ladonja in Žminj and Lovac in Pazin, all within 15 minutes). The supermarket Plodine and the supermarket Lidl are 10 minutes away, and the nearest beach is only 25 minutes from the house.

Pazin, the nearest city, is over 1000 years old. With a castle on the top of a cave, offers a spectacular view of the natural phenomena. In the center of Pazin there is a homemade food market, a fish market, a cinema, two beautiful waterfalls, a river. A special attraction is a zip line that leads across the Pazin Cave. The inner Istria is also a good place to visit - small towns on hills, vineyards and olive groves. Whichever direction you go, in Istria you can reach your destination in less than 30 minutes.

Everything top, mosquitoes and wasps flop

Everything was really great, landlord, house perfect. However, the mosquitoes and wasps were absolutely annoying, so you couldn't relax. Eating or grilling outside was not possible because we were practically being eaten alive by the bugs. We couldn't even walk barefoot because the wasps were flying around on the ground and stinging one after the other. Despite everything, it is recommended for people who are not bothered by it. However, something should be done about the beds. They are damn low... However, there was no trace of relaxation, so we left early.
