The modern "Casa Olea" is waiting for you with all the comforts you are accustomed to from home.
Own parking directly in front of the house, air conditioning and free WLAN are self-evident.
The rooms are spread over two floors of about 40 square meters each. On the ground floor is a spacious living room, which is connected to the kitchen by a wide reach. The sun illuminates the living space all day long.
The kitchen is equipped with a cozy table made of a thick tree beam board, where even in bad weather a fun day with the children can be spent at the card game.
It is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, cutlery, etc.
The rear terrace adjoins it. The ceramic tiles spread comfort, and with an extended breakfast in the morning sun the anticipation grows to the day.
In the living room there is a welcoming "Lümmel" couch, opposite the (Sat) TV.
On the first floor are the bedrooms: one bedroom with single beds (beds are of course also combined as a double bed) and a bedroom with a double bed. A door leads to the small covered Freisitz.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower and washing machine.
Bed linen and towels are self-contained and included in the price.

Location and surroundings of object
Vabriga is a prosperous municipality on the Istrian peninsula. Situated between Novigrad and Porec by the sea, it is a little outside the "tourist strongholds". Peace and relaxation still reign here.
The village is easy to reach by public transport. Goods for daily needs and various restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity, and those in a hurry can easily buy everything they need for their daily needs in the Tommy Market and the "Plodine" 2 km away. More contemplative is the road to Lanterna, where various kiosks offer local produce and sun-ripened fruit
Casa Olea" is located on the edge of the village, 800 m from the picturesque fishing harbour. In the traditional restaurant "Santa Marina", fish landed in the morning and mussels farmed in the bay are served fresh on the plate. 300 m further on are extensive beaches. Depending on your preference, nude or nude. They can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle.
The beach is filled with gravel, no large stones obstruct the entrance to the water. Trees provide shade, so that even those who don't want to spend their entire holiday in the sun can easily enjoy their holiday with a book in their hand without having to reckon with nasty sunburns.
Croatia offers many opportunities for leisure activities all year round: the surrounding area is ideal for long motorbike tours or walks through the woods by the water, especially in spring, when the temperatures soon become pleasantly warm. Action lovers will find a go-kart track, paintball, horseback riding, water skiing and a diving centre in the vicinity, which among other things goes to the "Banjole" (a diveable cave off Rovinj) and the wreck of the "Coriolan".
A cultural and historical excursion of a special kind is the trip by hydrofoil from the harbour in Porec to Venice.
If you are planning a family day out, the adventure pool "Istralandia" is the place to be. Water fun for big and small is guaranteed.
Cyclists in particular get their money's worth on well-maintained, signposted routes. Leisurely paths connect nearby excursion destinations. Some of the larger inland towns can also be reached by bike: the winding artists' village of Groznjan and the old Motovun with its completely preserved town walls; both venerable Venetian towns, perched on a mountain, with a magnificent view of the forests and valleys below.
And if the bike doesn't want to cooperate: a large modern bike shop with repair service is about 3 km from Vabriga.
When you return in the evening from a long day out, you will find the house bathed in golden light. The day dies down and the time of the nightingale begins. In midsummer, cicadas perform their annual concert. A sound that is inseparably connected with the holiday feeling in Croatia.
At a late hour, the terrace behind the kitchen lies in soothing shade. Bare feet on the warm ceramic plates, the taste of the good local wine, the olives and the excellent cheese mix with the scent of the jasmine to a sensual firework.
The "sundowner" is then served on the small balcony next to the parents' bedroom, from where you can watch the sunset for a long time in the evening warmth.

Very nice house in a quiet outskirts location!
A very nice, spacious and quiet house with everything you don't want to miss on your holiday. Small plot with its own parking space, very nicely laid out. Somut there is the possibility for sun or shade, all day long.
If you are often on the road by car during the day, as we are, you won't mind the location on the outskirts of Vabriga. But the small town of Tar, the beach and the harbour can also be reached on foot
We liked it all around and the contact with the landlady was pleasant and uncomplicated
Therefore, we fully recommend this accommodation.
