The approx. 60 m² maisonette holiday flat for 2 persons and 1 small child, is located on the first floor and consists of a large living/dining room with open, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, 4 plate ceramic cooker with oven, microwave, dining table for 4 persons), TV/Sat (flat screen), stereo with CD, a large window front with exit to the large wooden balcony with seating furniture.
In the storage room there is a washing machine, clothes horse and an iron. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, WC and washbasin. The separate bedroom in the attic is accessible via a wooden staircase and has a double bed with 180 m x 200 m (open foot end) and wardrobe.
The holiday flat is very spacious, bright and has a wooden floor and a rotating bar TV centre.

own parking space at the house, internet/ WLAN is available free of charge, wooden floor in the living and kitchen area, non-smoking flat, a sofa bed is available in the bedroom with a bed width of 140 cm, the double bed is equipped with two cold foam mattresses and an adjustable slatted frame, lockable bicycle storage room available, various shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, from the approx. from the harbour, which is approx. 500 m away, excursions by ship to the island of Hiddensee and to the Störtebeker Festival are possible, optimal cycling and hiking possibilities, 1 pet by arrangement (fee Euro 5,- per night)
