With the magnificent panoramic view from the holiday home, you can see the entire
Bavarian Forest National Park with its mountains, so your holiday starts as soon as you arrive.
The holiday home with a spacious entrance and small conservatory consists of a living room with a cosy corner, SAT-TV, Internet W-LAN, a cosy dining area,
2 bedrooms (1 double room - 1 triple room) and a large bathroom with shower.
You will love the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, microwave, freezer, plenty of crockery, etc.).
A large garden with children's swing, sandpit for the little ones invites you to play.
You can relax with a barbecue on the terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Bread roll service, garage, as well as washing machine use, baby and toddler equipment on request
A parking space is available directly in front of the holiday home.

The Fereinhaus is quietly located on the edge of our small idyllic village Laiflitz.
In the neighbouring village of Kirchberg im Wald, 1.5 km away, you will find
Doctors, pharmacy, baker, butcher, Edeka, Norma, pizzeria, tourist info, fitness centre, banks etc.
The city of Regen is 12 km away, the city of Zwiesel 18 km, the city of Deggendorf 21 km and the climatic health resort Bodenmais 24 km.
The many sights of the Bavarian Forest, the National Park, the cultural city of Regensburg,
the cathedral city of Passau (with the largest church organ in the world, wonderful boat trips from Passau), the western town of Pullmann City as well as our skiing areas - the great Arber - the Geißkopf - are all within easy reach of the holiday home.
Our mountains - Arber - Rachel - Lusen - Falkenstein etc. (altogether 62 mountains over 1000 m) invite to hiking and skiing.
How about a day trip to nearby Austria and the Czech Republic.
In summer, many beautiful open-air and adventure pools invite you to swim.
Quarry lakes for bathing are about 30 km away. The thermal spa Eging am See is approx. 35 km away.

Fantastic
We, a couple of 70 years old, were able to enjoy our vacation in the beautiful house.
We have never met better and dearer landlords than the Seidl couple. We were received with drinks in the fridge, wine, and delicious homemade cake.
We really lacked nothing. The support, unfortunately only for 12 days until the vacation, from Anita and Sepp was fantastic. It was also great for our small dog. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the perfect place to go, and the larger sights are also easily accessible. We can only recommend EVERYTHING and would love to come back.

Perfect family vacation
The Seidl family are excellent hosts who take very good care of their guests. Vacationers can expect a very clean, cozy apartment with drinks and homemade cake as a welcome. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The accommodation is very quiet and invites you to relax. In the surrounding area, there are countless beautiful excursions to be made. We and our kids (11 and 14) really enjoyed the vacation and would have liked to stay longer.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.
You live privately, the furnishings are tasteful and appealing and everything you need is there. The landlord is very pleasant and hospitable. We needed peace and quiet, we needed to unwind and we were able to do so. Our little dog also settled in immediately.

Dreamlike Bavarian Forest
The house is well-equipped and conveniently located. It is wonderfully quiet and you can start many trips from here.
The hosts are incredibly friendly and caring. Each guest can also expect a special surprise.

Warm landlord, great atmosphere
The Seidl family is a very friendly family, which welcomed us warmly.
Especially worth mentioning is Mrs. Seidl's homemade cake, which was always worth a sin.
The equipment of the apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is available! Very clean and tidy.
Fresh rolls were also delivered to the door every morning.
A very good starting point for excursions (Passau, Straubing, Castle Egg, Lohberg, etc.)

Great winter vacation
Even though there was only snow towards the end, we spent a few wonderful days with the dog. Welcomed with homemade cake and a small selection of drinks included, we immediately felt at home. The apartment left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back.

Beautiful relaxing vacation
A very beautiful, clean, and lovingly furnished accommodation. We felt comfortable right away and were warmly welcomed by the Seidl family - even with delicious homemade cake. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. We were able to enjoy our holiday and start every day with fresh bread rolls - a big thank you for that. Come in and feel comfortable!
In the small cottage of the Seidl family, everything is available for a cozy holiday stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy couch, a spacious bathroom, and - thanks to underfloor heating - pleasant warmth throughout the house. The landlords are friendly and obliging. Upon arrival, cake and wine are ready, and if something is missing, the Seidls are quick to make their tenants' stay as pleasant as possible. Even the internet connection worked without any problems and was always stable. We all fully relaxed and would love to come back.

A lovely holiday apartment in a wonderful area
A beautiful, modern furnished apartment with underfloor heating.
The landlords (Family Seidl) have taken great care to make us, as guests, feel comfortable.
The bread roll service is an excellent service and worked out perfectly.
We can only report positive things about our stay in the apartment and in Kirchberg im Wald.

The holiday began with a very warm welcome from the Seidl family. The holiday home is fully equipped, very clean, spacious and lacks nothing.
The rooms are bright and lovingly furnished. The outside area is beautifully laid out, well-kept and colourfully planted. The landlords always tried to make our holiday as pleasant as possible. Fresh bread rolls daily, home-baked customers on arrival, as well as various drinks are not a matter of course. Many thanks to the Seidl family! Conclusion: The holiday was a complete success, we can highly recommend this holiday home and will definitely come back again.
