We warmly welcome you to our dreamlike 4**** star holiday flat with upscale furnishings for your well-being.
You can look forward to a holiday flat where you can relax and enjoy nature
With the magnificent panoramic view of the mountains and the Bavarian Forest National Park, your holiday begins as soon as you arrive. Discover our village and the surrounding area with all its natural beauty and excursion destinations.
The holiday flat with a spacious entrance consists of a large kitchen and a cosy dining area, a large living room with a comfortable. A large living room with a comfortable sofa bed for another 2 persons, equipped with SAT-TV, radio, internet, W-LAN etc.
1 bedroom (we are also happy to provide a cot) as well as a bathroom with shower and a small hallway with wardrobe.
You will love the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of crockery, etc.).
A 40 sqm sun terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers and sun awning awaits you. Here you can relax and unwind, enjoy the view of the Bavarian Forest. Forest.
In our playhouse, swing with slide, trampoline and sandpit, your children will certainly have a lot of fun and can really let off steam to their heart's content.
On request, we offer bread roll service, baby and children's equipment as well as washing machine use.
A parking space is available directly in front of the house.

Beautiful apartment with great service
Very clean and well equipped apartment. A bit out of the way and only recommended with a car. No restaurants within walking distance.
If you are mobile you will find a great base for excursions, sightseeing and hiking

Beautiful flat
Very nice landlords, flat with good facilities, everything is available. The underfloor heating is great, the bread service is great. Forest and meadows directly in front of the door. Everything is within easy reach by car (large Arber, lake, Straubing, Passau)

Great apartment with a super nice family! We will gladly come back! Central location from which you can easily get everywhere, skiing, hiking, fun - everything included! Many thanks also for the great tips from Mrs. Strobl! It was a great time!
