The non-smoking flat is very quietly located on the 2nd floor in a tranquil residential area on the northern outskirts of Burg auf Fehmarn.

The flat in the traffic-calmed street (play street with walking speed) is an ideal starting point for a walk into the old town of Burg. After an extensive stroll through the old town, the sun-flooded south-facing balcony invites you to linger. But also the spa area of the island of Fehmarn, the Burger south beach, can be reached easily. For the children, there is a public playground in the immediate vicinity.
