Inselblume 27 offers you a spacious holiday home with 85 m² for up to 6 guests. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sunny garden, it's the perfect retreat for families or friends who want to explore Fehmarn together.
Location in Burg auf Fehmarn
Just 660 meters separate you from the lively town center of Burg. A short walk through quiet streets and you're right in the middle of the action. Cafés invite you to linger, small shops are waiting to be discovered.
Everyone here knows the popular pancake house. Or watch a movie in the historic cinema. The Bernsteinhütte shows you the golden treasures of the Baltic Sea. In the evening, cozy restaurants and small pubs await.
The south beach, Fehmarn's most beautiful bathing beach, is just under 4 kilometers away. You can reach the sea in just a few minutes by bike. The harbor of Burgstaaken is 3 kilometers away. There you can buy fresh fish directly from the cutter, visit the submarine museum or test your limits on Europe's highest artificial climbing wall.
The train station is only 400 meters away. Ideal if you're arriving by train. You can easily reach the marine center and the island's many other by bike or car.

You'll feel the spaciousness of this house as soon as you enter. The bright hallway welcomes you and leads you to the heart of the house: the open living and dining area with its fully equipped kitchen.

This is where you cook, laugh and eat together. The large dining table has room for everyone. After dinner, the dishwasher does the cleaning while you make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofa. Time for board games or a relaxing movie night.
The staircase takes you to the upper floors. Three bedrooms are spread over two levels. The room under the roof is a real highlight. Children and teenagers love this special retreat with its great view. The other two bedrooms on the first floor have floor-to-ceiling windows and promise restful nights.
Two modern bathrooms ensure that there's no congestion, even when fully occupied. Everyone can get ready for the day in peace in the morning.

Location and surroundings of object

The semi-detached house is in a quiet, yet central location in Burg auf Fehmarn. In addition to the communal garden, there are numerous opportunities to enjoy the surroundings around the vacation house. The green town park is just a few minutes' walk away and is perfect for a walk or a picnic. The Fehmarn Burg train station is just a 5-minute walk away for a comfortable journey. A visit to the Fehmarn Marine Center, which is also just a stone's throw away, is not only worthwhile for younger guests. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink in proximity. On the one hand, there are numerous shopping opportunities, but on the other, you can also enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants.

SUMMER 2025

Overall satisfied, but there are many small weaknesses. Cutlery not sufficiently available, dishwasher needs to be checked before new rental (rinse aid, salt). Toilet not clean, lid not secure, upper bathroom sink drain clogged and other deficiencies. For me, the house deserves just under 3 stars.

Island Flower 27 is a beautiful accommodation. Everything was as described, everything was sufficiently available and clean. Communication was problem-free. Good starting point for excursions.

Great short vacation on our favorite island

For the umpteenth time, we were able to spend our short vacation in this beautiful holiday home. As always - everything fantastic, clean, wonderfully furnished and equipped. Cancellation terms

Before the start of the booked appointment, you can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time by written declaration. To avoid misunderstandings, this is only possible in writing or by email, not by telephone. Our claim to the agreed payment remains, even if you do not start your vacation, and the reasons for not starting are irrelevant. Cancellations are only possible for the entire period. Partial cancellation is not allowed! In case of withdrawal, our standardized claim for cost reimbursement in percent of the rental sum is as follows: - up to 42 days before the start of the trip 0% of the travel amount - from the 41st day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel amount - from the 21st day before the start of the trip 100% of the travel amount - in case of no-show, the entire rent is due. If the property can be re-rented under the same conditions in case of short notice non-use, the tenant has a reasonable additional effort flat rate of 15% of the proportional rental price. A flat rate of €25.00 is charged for rebookings (only possible in the same fiscal year). If the rental duration remains the same or the rental price remains the same or higher, no further costs will be incurred. If the rental price is reduced, in addition to the rebooking flat rate, 15% of the difference will be calculated as a processing flat rate. The flat-rate calculated damages for rental loss and additional effort can be reduced by re-renting or saved expenditures. You have the option to provide proof of lesser damage. If you do not arrive without prior written cancellation, our claim to payment of the full rental amount including all additional costs remains. In this case, the tenant has no right to settle the cancellation fees according to the above-mentioned percentage scaling. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
