To fulfill your good rest we have 1-room apartments for 2 or 3 persons and 2 room apartments
Furnished for 4 people with great effort, comfortable and functional for you.
All rooms have a balcony, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, plates, pots, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer), TV-SAT receiver with German and Polish programs and Internet.
All apartments have electrically controlled blinds, which not only regulate the temperature in the rooms, but also allow a more restful sleep.
The underfloor heating can also fulfill a climate function in summer.
Our guests can have a barbecue in the garden shed and children can play in the playground during their time.
Free parking is available for all our guests.
If you want to get out of this climate to the Baltic Sea, a 10 - 15 minute walk is enough to get to one of the most beautiful beaches in Poland. In the season the beach is guarded by lifeguards.
You can easily reach the beach by bike, or conveniently park your car in the parking lot near the sea.

The acacia farm in Grzybowo invites you to really immerse yourself in nature.
Grzybowo is a small beautiful place on the Baltic Sea, a few kilometers from the spa town of Kołobrzeg.
The farm is located on a large - 5000 m2 plot, not far from the beautiful and not crowded, 50 meters wide beach.
The overgrown with pine forests dunes not only protect from wind and weather, but also offer a picturesque view.
The deliberate placement of the acacia court guarantees especially from the west side a undeveloped, direct and unlimited contact with the nature reserve NATURA 2000.
An attentive observer also often discovers near-by deer, jumping rabbits, flying partridges and other rare birds.

Incredibly beautiful!
We had a wonderful vacation. This was especially due to the nature, the perfect view, the dreamily beautiful beach, and most importantly... a great landlord. Thank you for your attention ? We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

Relaxing vacation
We stumbled upon this dreamlike accommodation by chance, and the booking process was quick and hassle-free. To our delight, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival by the landlords (who live in the house) in perfect German and received valuable tips and recommendations for the area right away.
We immediately noticed how clean and tidy the apartment was. (The photos correspond to reality.) We also liked the possibility of receiving German television programming. The Wi-Fi unfortunately had occasional disconnections.
The sofa bed was very comfortable and spacious; two people could have slept on it.
Our apartment with balcony (No. 6) offered a great view of the adjacent nature reserve and the large garden of the property, allowing for wonderful wildlife observation, as the surroundings are so quiet. The nearby beach in the adjacent town of Dźwirzyno was also a highlight for us, as it was significantly quieter and more beautiful compared to the beach in Grzybowo. Fortunately, a windbreak for the beach was even available in the closet. :)
Nearby, there is a large supermarket (Polo), a great shopping option.
It was also a positive aspect that our car could be parked in the fenced area of the property. The only small suggestion from our side: We would have wished for a few more wardrobe/storage options.
We found peace and relaxation during our vacation and were pleased to get to know the nice and hospitable Roszkiewicz family.
We felt very comfortable here and can warmly recommend the Akazienhof! :)

Super beautiful
We were able to spend 7 days at Akazienhof. We were warmly and kindly welcomed by the owners, who live in the same house, and were briefed on all the essentials and explanations for our accommodation. We lacked nothing. The cleanliness throughout the house is especially noteworthy, as well as the perfect communication in German. The tranquility and location of the house, pure nature, are also recommended. We explored the whole area on bicycles in wonderful summer weather.
A heartfelt thank you, dear Roszkiewicz family, for the great time with you.
We will gladly recommend you and will definitely come back next year.

Great accommodation
I had an apartment in Akazienhof with my daughter for a week. Initially, I could not take the booked period for personal reasons. The landlords were immediately eager to help us book another apartment. The quiet location, the well-maintained, clean apartment, and the beautiful large garden are highly recommended. The landlords speak German, are always reachable, and are very accommodating. We will recommend it further and will book again. We thank you for the beautiful time

Acacia Farm
Beautiful house, rooms modern and equipped to a high standard. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The Akazienhof is in a quiet location, ideal for relaxing and decelerating. The landlords are very nice and also give tips. The beach is easy to reach on foot, and cyclists also get their money's worth here. There are very beautiful and well-developed cycle paths. We felt very comfortable here.
