Description

Holidays by the Baltic Sea in Grzybowo - Kołobrzeg - Poland. Holiday home with four bedrooms, living room with dining area, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and fireplace. Perfect family vacation. Also ideal for group trips.

Welcome.
Our house was built in 2012 and is located on a fenced plot of 1025m². We also offer free parking spaces on the property directly by the house. It is located in a new housing estate in Grzybowo, a district of Kołobrzeg. This is a very peaceful location for guests wishing to relax here.

The house has four bedrooms, a living room with dining area, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and fireplace. Distance to the Baltic Sea beach is 1200m. Perfect family vacation with children.

The rooms are cozy and modern with two balconies.
Each room has a double bed. On the ground floor there is a double room with an adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin. There is also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are also located on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 2 more double rooms and a four-person room. 1 double room with bathroom. There is also a large bathroom with a shower.
All rooms are equipped with televisions.
During your stay you can use fast and stable fiber optic Internet with Wi-Fi free of charge.
This is a convenient solution both for leisure time and for those who want to stay in touch with work.

Grzybowo is a picturesque place 4 km from Kolobrzeg. The vast, wide clean beach and the pure and warm water of the Baltic Sea combined with pine forests and quiet walking paths create ideal conditions for relaxation. The proximity to Kolobrzeg - an ancient port town and also a spa.

Great, clean holiday home

We had a great week in this holiday home.
Barbara welcomed us warmly in the freshly cleaned holiday home.
It was modern and versatile furnished.
Especially for small children, a lot has been considered (high chair, baby bed, bathtub).
The kitchen has everything you need.
The beautiful garden is great with children!
We had a lovely time there!

Beautiful holiday

We had a wonderful vacation week. It was so beautiful that we will definitely come back. The house is well-equipped and lacks almost nothing. The beach is within walking distance.

Great vacation!

We (6 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog) had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house where nothing was missing. The landlord is super nice and welcomed us very warmly. The beach and shopping facilities are nearby and can be easily reached on foot or by car. Kolobrzeg with its many attractions can also be reached in less than fifteen minutes by car. We highly recommend the accommodation and would book it again for a vacation at the Baltic Sea in Poland. Thank you very much again!

Beautiful vacation on the island.

The holiday in this beautiful house and property was very nice. The place also has a lot to offer. Only 10 minutes by car to Kolobrzeg. The beach can be easily reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The landlady is super nice. And as a welcome gift, there was a very tasty cake and a bottle of wine. We would always vacation there again. We were with 5 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs. Clear recommendation from us ??

Pure relaxation

We were there with 8 people and a dog.

The house is a real dream.

We didn't miss anything (grill, 3 bicycles).

You can reach Kolberg in a few minutes by car.

In addition, Aldi/Lidl and various other shopping possibilities are nearby.

You can reach the beach in a few minutes.

We will definitely come back.

Beautiful holiday in super holiday home

We liked the holiday home very much. Detached with a large garden and high fencing all around, it is also ideal for holidays with dogs. In the garden there are several seating areas, barbecue and fireplace. Even a herb bed. The house itself is modern and well maintained. Good bedroom layout with bathrooms. Located on the outskirts of the village, you can walk to the beach, but you can also drive a little closer and then just walk through the woods. There are many accesses to the beach. The beach is very wide and beautiful everywhere. The dog beach is towards Kolberg at the end of Grzybowo. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We got bread rolls from the local markets. The village itself is quite interesting for walking, and you can also rent various vehicles. Four bicycles are available in the holiday home itself. The landlords are very nice and accommodating. We were welcomed with cake and wine. We wanted for nothing in the house. We spent relaxing days here and can recommend this holiday home with a clear conscience.

A vacation home for relaxing

We can highly recommend this vacation home. The house is located in a very quiet area of Grzybowo. The perfect place if you are looking for peace and relaxation. The beach is a 15-20 minute walk away.
The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. You have everything important that you also have at home.
The property is very well-kept, so you also feel great outside.
The landlords are very nice and are available at any time for questions. A "welcome cake" was also ready ;)

In total, we had a very nice vacation.
