Ferien an der Ostsee in Grzybowo - Kolobrzeg - Polen. Ferienhaus mit vier Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essraum, 3 Bäder, Küche und Kamin, Entfernung zum Ostseestrand 950m. Perfekter Familienurlaub Ideal auch für Gruppenreisen
Herzlich Willkommen.
Unser Haus ist 2012 neu erbaut worden und befindet sich auf einem umzäunten Grundstück 1025m². Wir bieten auch kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück direkt am Haus an. Es befindet sich auf einer Neubausiedlung in Grzybowo, das ist ein Ortsteil von Kolberg Stadt. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage für die Gäste die sich hier erholen wollen.
Wur sind nicht weit von einem Kurhaus (Diamant 350m) enfernt. Wo unsere Gäste viele Leistungen in Anspruch nehmen können zb. Massagen Sauna, Jacuzzi, Manküre, Pediküre, Frisör, Schwimmbad, Restaurant.

Das Haus verfügt für die Gäste über vier Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Essraum, 3 Bäder, Küche und Kamin (3 Fahrräde zum Strand inkl.) Entfernung zum Ostseestrand 950m. Perfekter Familienurlaub mit Kindern.
Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und modern eingerichtet mit zwei Balkone.
In one Zimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Doppelzimmer mit anschliessendem Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wc und einem Waschbecken. Ausserdem gibt es im EGin seperates Gäste Wc. Küche, Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer befinden sich ebenfalls im EG.
Im 1 Stock befinden sich 2 weitere Doppelzimmer und ein Vierbettzimmer. 1 Doppelzimmer mit Bad. Ausserdem gibt es noch ein grosses Badezimmer mit Dusche.
In allen Zimmern sind Fernseher vorhanden.
Es gibt im ganzen Haus kostenloses Wlan inklusive.
Nach Vereinbarung auch mit Frühstück buchbar.

Grzybowo ist ein malerischer Ort 4 km von Kolobrzeg entfernt. Der weite, breite saubere Strand und das reine und warme Wasser der Ostsee verbunden mit den Kieferwäldern und ruhigen Spazierwegen schaffen die idealen Bedingungen zur Erholung. Die Nähe zu Kolobrzeg - einer alten Hafenstadt und gleichzeitig einem Kurort.

Pure relaxation
We were there with 8 people and a dog.
The house is a real dream.
We didn't miss anything (grill, 3 bicycles).
You can reach Kolberg in a few minutes by car.
In addition, Aldi/Lidl and various other shopping possibilities are nearby.
You can reach the beach in a few minutes.
We will definitely come back.

Super great relaxing holiday
A dream accommodation. We were very enthusiastic about this house and property. Everything is up to date. Very clean and plenty of space. The beach is about 15 minutes walk away. We will definitely come again ?

very nice and well-kept object with super equipment; large garden with barbecue area; nice landlords; location a bit off the beaten track, but very quiet; beach within 20 minutes walking distance; various restaurants as well as small shopping promenade in the immediate vicinity, all within walking distance; we enjoyed our holiday very much

Beautiful holiday in super holiday home
We liked the holiday home very much. Detached with a large garden and high fencing all around, it is also ideal for holidays with dogs. In the garden there are several seating areas, barbecue and fireplace. Even a herb bed. The house itself is modern and well maintained. Good bedroom layout with bathrooms. Located on the outskirts of the village, you can walk to the beach, but you can also drive a little closer and then just walk through the woods. There are many accesses to the beach. The beach is very wide and beautiful everywhere. The dog beach is towards Kolberg at the end of Grzybowo. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We got bread rolls from the local markets. The village itself is quite interesting for walking, and you can also rent various vehicles. Four bicycles are available in the holiday home itself. The landlords are very nice and accommodating. We were welcomed with cake and wine. We wanted for nothing in the house. We spent relaxing days here and can recommend this holiday home with a clear conscience.

Urlaub am Meer
Wunderschönes Haus ,super nette leute , sehr hundefreundlich ,riesen großen Garten alles sicher eingezäumt ,Und für Kinder optimal .Zum strand ist es ebenfalls nicht weit .Was soll ich sagen wir kommem gerne wieder . Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde ,dann hätte es dieses Haus verdient

Ein Ferienhaus zum entspannen
Dieses Ferienhaus können wir sehr empfehlen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage von Grzybowo. Der perfekte Ort wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Der Strand ist in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Man hat alles wichtige, was man auch zu Hause hat.
Der Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, so dass man sich auch außerhalb super wohl fühlt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung.
Auch ein "Willkommenskuchen" stand bereit ;)
In Summe hatten wir eine sehr schönen Urlaub.
