This beautiful stone house is located just 1 kilometer away from the Majorcan village of Ariany and is in a very quiet location.
Here you are far away from mass tourism and especially to find peace and relaxation.
The finca has 120 sqm of living space over 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed and two further with 2 single beds. Both bathrooms have a shower and toilet. The kitchen is spacious and furnished with all the comforts. The cozy and bright living room invites you to linger. Even satellite TV and WIFI, you must not miss in your well-deserved vacation (fibre optic). There is a fireplace for the cold winter days.
Simply fantastic is the perfectly maintained outdoor area. The lovingly furnished seating offer unforgettable views and moments in your well-deserved vacation days. A large outdoor grill is available and ample space for collective barbecues is given. A table tennis table is also at your disposal.
On the terrace the large pool (9m x 4m) does integrate and cozy sun beds are provided.
