A lovely Cottage in Alcudia close to the bay.
Finca in Alcúdia, near the village, can accommodate up to 7 people.
The house, of 110 m² of rustic and cosy character, offers a lot of privacy and views to the mountain and the garden. It is located in an ideal area for children and in the residential complex.
A living room with rustic stone walls, a sofa bed and a wood fireplace, a separate kitchen with ceramic hob, a full bathroom and two bedrooms make up the ground floor of the main house. The kitchen and the living room have direct access to the terrace, with its beautiful corners with flowers, shadows and tables to enjoy the peace and quiet. A barbecue area and another room with bathroom, attached to the main house, complete the accommodation.
The adjoining room has air conditioning/heat pump.
The plot is completely fenced.
A large swimming pool and spacious gardens and terraces with porches and sun loungers are waiting for you!
