Very spacious and luxurious Mallorcan Villa, next to the wine fields in Binissalem.
This luxurious Villa is located at the center of the island in Binnisalem Village This spacious home is over 450 sqm diveded in two floors and has very high and bright rooms. The house has been lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail and fully equipped.
On the ground floor next to the spacious living and dining area, the large and fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a guest bathroom is provide. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master bedroom on suite and the other two, one with two single beds and the other with one single bed and on the same floor two extra bathrooms with shower.
The outside offers the tranquility and nice garden with a nice size pool with sun beds and also lovely garden furniture to spend on the outside quality time in family.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity according to consumption. (0,30 €/kW)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
