The property is located at the north of the island in a very quiet place between C'an Picafort and Santa Margalida, You have a nice long beach very close, also Restorants, bars, and also all kind of shops and supermarkets.
The house has got a nice size livingroom Tv with satellite channels, DVD and CD player and WiFi. There are two bedrooms one of them with a double bed the other with bunks beds.Big bathroom with shower, also the kitchen and dinning area is fully equipped and prepare to welcome you at any time of the year for a nice relaxing time.
Around the villa leads a terrace with professional outdoor grill and several sitting areas, partly covered. From here you can enjoy the view of the beautifully landscaped garden with many Mediterranean plants. Through the garden you reach the large pool of the finca, which was built on a high plateau. Here are several comfortable sun loungers ready.
