The exclusive and comfortable maisonette holiday flat, completely renovated in 2018, is stylishly and modernly furnished and offers space for up to 6 guests. Tasteful, high-quality furnishings and loving design of the flat with modern chalet-style furnishings ensure cosiness and a relaxing holiday. Light natural tones, noble high-quality materials and a cosy "mountain flair" ensure complete well-being in this maisonette flat
On the first level, you enter the hallway, which leads directly into the open-plan living area. The bedroom on the lower level is equipped with a cosy box-spring bed (180x200cm) in comfort height and offers highest sleeping comfort. A large wardrobe provides sufficient storage space for your holiday wardrobe. A flat-screen TV is also available here.
The high-quality bathroom with walk-in shower, rain shower, towel radiator and hairdryer as well as various storage areas is adapted to the most modern style requirements.
The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave is integrated into the living area and leaves nothing to be desired. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, sufficient dishes and pots are also part of the inventory.
After an active day of hiking or skiing, you can relax on the comfortable sofa and read a good book, enjoy the TV programme on the large 65" flat screen TV or spend a sociable evening playing games at the large rustic monastery table. A stereo system with Bluetooth is available for musical entertainment.
On the gallery you will find the 2nd bedroom. A large double bed (180x200cm) ensures cosy hours and a restful sleep. A wardrobe and a chest of drawers are available for your holiday wardrobe. Here you also have the possibility to choose your own TV programme on a flat screen.
The gallery offers sleeping accommodation for another two people. The day bed (80x200cm) can be converted into a double bed (160x200cm) if required and thus offers space for two people
All rooms can be completely darkened. Roller shutters are available in the downstairs bedroom and in the living area. On the upper floor, the windows are equipped with roller blinds.
We offer our guests free WLAN access for their use.
Outdoor area
You can spend beautiful hours on the large partially covered south/east-facing balcony with a fantastic unrestricted view of the greenery. The balcony is protected and not visible from the outside. In the high-quality outdoor furniture on the balcony you can end the day in good weather
A single garage (5.3 x 2.42m; clearance: 2.11m) belongs to the holiday flat and can be used exclusively by you. Our guests with mountain bikes can also park their bikes here. Also for motorcyclists, our holiday flat offers optimal conditions for storage and a super starting position for winding day tours

The small apartment complex is situated in a quiet and central location in Braunlage, directly on the Paulsbergwiese. From here, many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bakers can be reached on foot in 3-4 minutes. The local toboggan hill, the mini golf course and the ice stadium as well as the Wurmberg cable car are also within easy walking distance. Various hiking trails and mountain bike routes start right outside the front door. The central location of the holiday apartment complex makes your holiday an optimal starting point for your adventures.

Perfekt
The apartment is a dream. It is cozy and stylishly furnished, very clean, and lacks nothing. The location is beautifully quiet, the large terrace invites you to have breakfast while looking into the "green" surroundings. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The national park is practically at the doorstep, and hiking and biking are especially enjoyable knowing that you will return to this beautiful accommodation in the evening. It is worth emphasizing that both the landlord and the contact person were very friendly, and all arrangements went smoothly. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back.

super holiday in exclusive flat
Holidays in the Harz Mountains in autumn - there's always the risk that it will be cold and uncomfortable

modern ambience, very well equipped kitchen, super entertainment system
